SBTX are committed to £175,000 extra cash burn for a 2 year period

They are exposed to possible large fines on top

There seems to be no contractual commitments from the manufacturer

Superdrug seem to be baring no risk? It's why I asked are they to be paid for space?

I wont even go into the per square feet brand rotation and profit margin in shops like superdrug

This is possibly the worst retail deal structure I have seen in years, and only follow up details can ease my concern as a potential investor.

SBTX can kill two birds with one stone here. Confirm a payment commitment total to Winclove over a 2 year period. And that i assume, will have order windows as part of. Everyone sees the money committed to the project... and it basically shuts down 90 of 100 questions.

No such contract? Why would Winclove have to assure manufacturing times? How could they take on new business (or knock it back), based on 'possible' times orders are required?

SBTX hardly took that risk surely? And for damn sure, Winclove are not going to commit manufacturing plan blocks for what might never be at all.

But it's easy resolve. Simply disclose it. Hardly be of NDA form. Everyone now seemingly knows, SBTX are going to spend circa 3 to 4 million on stock and packaging ?

The full story is most likely that the majority of the cash raise has covered salaries and costs to year ned.

Il change my mind when or if they disclose a no-flow-interrupt contract with the manufacturer, to the tune of 3 million pounds . You cant risk large fines . You must have it covered and that works its way down the supply chain. A requirement for that is simply said contract - payment upfront or at time periods, assured to Winclove

So how could you bring it forward a year, and not know you would need to raise cash?

SBTX has committed a huge monthly cash burn to a multi-year no-show. I think OPTI made this error with H&B, however, if memory serves me right (not sure), OPTI got in to H&B shelves with zero cost?

What is not material to CRDA, well, it can be so at a little company
