Adrian Crucefix now holding 18.2m shares (5.03%). That’s not small change, and you don’t file at 5% unless you mean business. Interesting that he’s almost certainly mates with Richard Edwards through the CAPAI connection – so now we’ve got both of them sitting on chunky lines here.

Between Bergen, Edwards and now Crucefix, the register is starting to look very strong. Free float tightening nicely, and it feels like accumulation has been happening quietly in the background.

When further fieldwork and production updates drop, the groundwork is already in place for this to move fast.

Its interesting that CPAI were notified yesterday that Adrian Crucefix had reduced his holdings in CPAI - now we know why - so he can add in here. Clearly mates with Richard Edwards (same CPAI connections). Boodes well

Following GM update, we will get interims, a corporate update, TR1s, directors deals and an update re mining. Get in now while stocks last

They must already have a team set up in Peru, ready to go at a days notice. Would make sense wouldnt it. Lots of locals with lots of knowledge, all looking for a chance to join a project like ours, for a sustainable, regular income

November mining will re-start, as long as res 2 goes through

Once res 2 is passed, there will be final discussions as to which II is best for the company going forward. They are not short of offers, and do not want to agree overly discounted prices. The change in direction of the company has also very firmly switched to mining asap post-funding. I also wouldn’t be surprised if we see a few substantial directors deals land after the interims are released. GLA

@AIM - I am confident they are in regular contact with local companies and minors in Peru and have many hands on the prize. Just needs funding to inject the project and finalise / act on plans (mining and bitcoin). Also, if you look at the investors here, there are much larger and more influential investors than Richard E. I'm sure behind the scenes there are lots of IIs desperate to get in. GLA
