I reached out to the company this am and had this response earlier. Doesn’t tell us anything new, but reinforces what they told us last week. It’s also good they responded:

“ Thank you for your email to Nativo. The Board are working hard to initiate mining at Tesoro with limited budgets. The company released an update last week stating that its engineering/geological consultants are to commence fieldwork, sampling and modelling studies at the end of this month as a precursor to starting production with revised mine plans. As reported, these works are estimated to take approximately one month, after which Nativo intends to tender for contract mining operators to restart production as soon as practicable. Further updates will be announced as this work progresses suffice to say the Board is seeking to get into cash flow as soon as practicable. Thank you for your support.”

Small-cap miners can rerate fast on modest progress – just look at ORR, WSBN or even CPAI, all of which moved sharply on far less than what NTVO has in place.

The difference here is NTVO already has real assets in Peru, a clear strategy, and a Chairman with serious capital markets experience.

Crucially, production and processing of ore can continue even during the rainy season, meaning momentum isn’t lost while others sit idle.

Add in the Bitcoin treasury strategy and you’ve got a company positioned for upside from both gold and BTC. If milestones keep getting hit, the rerate potential here is huge – and unlike the “one-day wonders” elsewhere, this looks far more sustainable.

This isn’t for everyone, but like someone else said, the next few weeks will be very interesting. GLA

The way I see it is NTVO has brought in £115k from a new institutional investor at 0.003p. That’s about 12% dilution, which is pretty modest for AIM, and more importantly it puts a proper institution on the register – a big positive.

Some will moan about the low price (I called this price when the GM notice was announced BTW), but the fact is this was a small, clean raise that strengthens working capital after the debt restructure.

With funding sorted, the focus now shifts to progress in Peru and the news flow to come.

Strong base now in place – next move is all about delivery. 🚀

While the herd chase the usual AIM rubbish like CPAI, WSBN and ORR, this one’s just sitting tight waiting for the right moment. Once the placing’s out the way, we should see news on ramp-up, more ore sales and fieldwork kicking off to back up that 213k oz potential. Loads more substance here than the lifestyle plays people are piling into.

As someone who’s been following / researching this closely (as I have a decent holding), here’s how I see it:

Dec 24 RNS showed 42.97t sold, grading 15.6 g/t avg, peak 63.6 g/t on 10t.

The £44k income in the accounts is small, and not broken down – could include gold sales and the oil interest.

Guidance was always 3–5 tpd at start-up, aiming for ~28 tpd by mid-2025. We need the next RNS to know how far along they are.

And just to clear it up (again), the suspension was an LSE rules issue, not Peel Hunt.

I don’t see that as ramping or deramping – just the facts as they stand today.

Let’s be clear – the suspension was LSE-driven, nothing to do with Peel Hunt, and trading resumed on 4 July 2025. NTVO has already sold ore from Tesoro. On news this will rerate fast.

This isn’t a lifestyle stock anymore - ore’s been sold, debt’s been cleared, and production is scaling. With gold at record highs, NTVO isn’t waiting for tomorrow’s jam…
