RNS confirms GM set for 26 Sept. Res 2 back on the table – this time critical. Initial fieldwork at Bonanza & Morrocota started last week, but subsurface work + mining in Nov needs fresh funding. Passing Res 2 unlocks that and also delivers warrants promised in Eurobond restructure. In short: Res 2 = funding → mining → cashflow. Gold’s running, NTVO just needs the green light

Yes - the closed period will end at the end of this month anyway, so we’re in agreement that news will be released then, prob to coincide with the next GM

My feeing is (and remains) that we will need to get the interims out the way first before substantive news can be delivered

Maybe they have JV opportunities elsewhere to explore

BTW - Silence doesn’t mean nothing’s happening – we’re likely in a closed period before the next update. AIM rules stop them drip-feeding info, so the RNS lands when it’s cleared in a few weeks. Better to get one solid update than scraps – patience required, but sp likely to increase in anticipation

Price up because Edwards is still holding 16m+ shares — tiny drop was just dilution, not selling. Market sees it as continued backing, same guy who sparked the 0.45p run last time. GLA

This was always just a matter of biding our time. If we catch the right wave this will be above 0.65 in no time

Business Owner is 100% panicking that he will be locked out on Monday am - I bet his heart sank when he read the second RNS on Friday. Chasing rainbows elsewhere is a dangerous game. We’ve all been stung this way in the past

BO has chased his rainbows and now wants in at a low price. Nothing else

When Richard Edwards invested the price shot from ~0.25p to nearly 0.60p (+100%+). Some here have suggested that that was sentiment only.

Now we’ve got Bergen Asset Mgmt in for 10%+ @ 0.003p – hard cash + floor set.

Edwards gave a spike and fade. Bergen gives a base and rerate potential. Monday could easily push back through 0.50p and retest 0.60p with volume. GLA

TR-1 confirms it – Bergen are the ones behind the 38.46m sub at 0.003p. They now hold 10%+ of the company. That’s not pocket change punters, that’s a proper US fund on the register.

Where we are heading into next week:

- Bergen locked in over 10%

- Cash in the bank, placing sorted

- 213koz internal gold estimate + Peru mines/tailings

Uncertainty over the placing is gone. Now we’ve got a floor price and an institutional backer. Monday should be interesting. GLA

That’ll be a nice 25%+ gain on Monday then :-)

They will have to provide an update on current position / plans in order for the vote to be passed IMO. Unless, they are in a closed period and cant tell us much of course
