This will be the result of the end of the FB licensing deal, which will mean we have more freedom to market and promote our products. In other words, the shackles are off and we are fully open for business. This also explains why we can talk about the MVR Viewer again. Do I see a future partnership agreement or significant buy-in / buy with FB and/or JG? Yes. We will need to see how FB want to play this given they have effectively had 9 months of due diligence to work with us and explore how FB can best use us for their purposes. Is the path now clear for JG to step up his interest and purchase his remaining share options? The next 2 months will be massive

Company A has a great product but limited access to Joe Public. Company B have access to almost every home in the world and believe in connecting people and social / live experiences, but don’t have their own unique content. Why wouldn’t the two companies join forces!

Re the MVR app for FB that is another mystery - good point - maybe they are holding that back for when they own MVR? Don’t dismiss anything with this share and keeps your ears and eyes open at all times

If you license a product you assume some responsibility for its use - FB were clearly keen to use MVR to help advertise the Oculus products. Third parties do not put material on the MVR platform - MVR have complete control on its use and distribution; not wait, so does Facebook for a few more months

I think that is 100% Marks strategy - try it for 9 months, analyse the feedback, tweak accordingly, analyse the market then buy

The 9 month Agreement will end in March/April - always wondered whether this would lead to some other news/ties close to/after this date ;-)

EVR Holdings plc ("EVR" or the "Company") MelodyVR licenses content to Facebook Technologies LLC



EVR Holdings plc (AIM:EVRH), the leading creator of virtual reality entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a content licensing agreement with Facebook Technologies, LLC ("Facebook").



The agreement will see MelodyVR's content utilised by Facebook/Oculus for advertising purposes and licenses its exploitation across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and via the Oculus Website, for a period of 9 months. As part of the agreement, MelodyVR will receive a license fee which it will in-part, share with the rightsholders whom represent the artists featured within the content.



Facebook will also provide MelodyVR with a number of marketing commitments including; featured placements on the Oculus platform and in email marketing as well as inclusion in PR communications and activities in relation to the advertisements, details of which will be mutually agreed between Melody and Oculus at a later date.

There’s always news and progression - just trust the direction of the business and board and let the inevitable happen

There’s a big difference between a ‘statement of intent’ (as per recent RNS’) and an ‘Undertaking’. The former is less rigid, in terms of timescales etc, but both are equally likely to result in the same end goal if everything comes together, which it is. Don’t worry about timings - it will happen

Geordie - you are clearly late to the EVRH party and have not made one single positive comment on the company. I can only think you are another Horsey with another agenda. I respect most opinions on here, but more so those with a balanced view. Your failure to touch on any of the positive movements suggests to me...you are a shorter. LTH can smell the horse **** from miles away and serious investors in this share will simply ignore your posts unless you change your strategy. Maybe refer to the positives in your next post.

There are currently no reviews of the viewer; nobody has seen it yet, although my own questions re any conflict between sales + advertising of the Oculus Go and the Melody Viewer has been answered today. The Go takes priority over the viewer where we are concerned. Today could just as easily have involved a free melody viewer + subscription, but the Go took precedence. Now there’s nothing stopping the viewer being released to supplement the primary market. This cements the ‘special relationship’ between Oculus and Melody and I remain convinced Oculus have manufactured, or assisted in the design/manufacture of the viewer

I’m expecting news on the MVR Viewer - would be perfect timing on the back of today’s good PR
