PLUS, their timing was all wrong. They ploughed all their resources into a market with very little VR uptake. Apple know that NOW is the time to be marketing and pushing VR and I’m sure they will think they’re competition for Oculus/FB/EVRH going forward. This can only be a good thing as the more companies that promote VR live events the better - WE have the licensing agreements and content all ready to go

I cringe in the same way when I see idiots commenting on Melody’s twitter/insta posts saying things like “great, now do something to increase the sp”. Completely inappropriate. People need to separate Melody (in its external business form) from EVRH.

Maybe Gore has been told not to increase his stake just yet, as this may result in him having a majority of the voting rights / ownership of the company. Maybe another investor / buyer wants to swoop in first...

I suspect we get a promise of significant investment at the end of the 9 month period in consideration for not releasing any content without their say so, whilst giving FB exclusive access to the content in the intervening period.

The relationship with FB is not going away. I have posted many times about the end of the 9 month licensing agreement and its importance. The MM are trying to free up shares with a drop before the inevitable big news (just around the corner). Some seem spooked and restless so it’s easy pickings. Just know that there are lots of positives to come and shares, % ownership and power will all be shifting hands very soon. This is heading across the pond and there are clear plans for live events and the huge library of unreleased content. Big news normally comes 2-3 months BEFORE the exercise of warrants as well and I think a big load are due to expire in June/July (I stand corrected if the dates are wrong and/or have been extended - not checked recently). I have been invested for a few years now (a big chunk of my life savings) and I didnt take any profit at 19p. I’m happy to stay until we hit at least 50p but do enjoy reading the passionate posts from the usual suspects while I patiently wait.

We don’t yet know how the content was used, but I can be sure it WAS used. Maybe for the next Oculus headset. Maybe that took 9 months to develop. Maybe just to access the complete library and play around with how they want to make best use of it. If you think FB signed up to the agreement for no reason at all, you really are naive

I disagree - C19 is changing the way the world does things. The move to ‘alternative medium’ to work and connect is happening, but right now even home working for the masses is in its infancy. It will be the norm after C19 has gone and everything is already changing as a result. Maybe VR will ‘kick off’ soon thereafter. There is a perfect time to introduce MVR to the world. Maybe it’s now, maybe it isn’t - I trust MVR have already researched the perfect time and will get it right. I suspect this will be when more people have 5g and/or VR headsets. Equally, I think there will be an offering to satisfy the lockdown, but it will remain just a taster for now. I remain of the view the ‘full launch’ will be under the control of a new owner or super-investor too. No rush

Yes we all support the lockdown - we understand it - it will save lives and also give an opportunity for MVR to promote its product. Anyone who doesn’t listen is an idiot and should be fined! However - why are we are all here? To make money. There are lots of other forums to discuss Covid 19 - here we discuss how we can use it to make money. We all agree the lockdown is a great opportunity. Sorry if that offends the snowflakes but let’s separate on here and keep to MVR-related matters

Agreed - read my previous posts for my insight into what’s going on. This must be being fast tracked now, for obvious reasons, hence the need for the fundraise and money shifting to pay taxes etc. A big targeted ad campaign will follow ... as will the inevitable further buy-in / takeover

Again, re-read my post. Not an ounce of resentment anywhere. This is the first time in history that we have been put on lockdown. This is an historic day and will be remembered as such. Fact. As stated, this is the correct step to take - equally, the world will adapt and VR is right where it needs to be to facility the change. My post was only positive with no emotion.
