Listen, If a company with an MCap of circa £75m buys another for circa $70m then common sense dictates the MCap of the purchasing company must be at least double (Almost) double as a result

Any suggestion that this acquisition is a backwards or bad move is erroneous in my view. Any company accepting shares at a discounted price as part of the sale package clearly considers the parent/buying company to be going north. The profile of Melody has just been massively heightened. Institutions who were not taking us seriously before, will now. The next big news will follow. 20p? That will be long forgotten before xmas

We didn’t heavily promote Nelly because all we needed was a small pool of interest from Joe Public, plus the eyes and ears of the big boys. It was another (perhaps final) test or milestone/hurdle pure and simple. Management are not interested in making serious revenue at this stage, or the sp. What does that tell you?

Your logic dictates that third parties tipsters dictate the sp. That cannot be right in any circumstances. The sp will rise on buys and verified news, sometimes rumour. There simply weren’t enough buys to generate a 25% increase after 3pm. AIM largely ignored buy/sell ticker movement anyway. I believe the 31 July warranty expiry date was set for a reason. There is a large gap to the next and final (huge) round of Ws which suggests a period of changed direction/stabilisation or something else.

Id be amazed if any sp spiked by 25% due to a tip by a third party source. AIMO of course. I’m sometimes wrong

Actually I think you all may have missed the point re the proposed MVR Viewer. The aim was to allow the consumer to test out the performances in VR. If they liked what they saw they would most likely have bought a better headset. I suspect we’ve been told to put the viewer on hold, or other events have superseded matters
