Trouble is such a provision would not take into account 'under the table' settlements. I always wondered how Peter Secker in BCN so readily accepted the Ganfeng deal with no negotiation and with such zest when other boards would have said we are not recommending this offer at this time. Very suspicious IMO, but not saying this will happen here...

Averaging down is what got Nick Leeson of Barings fame into so much trouble. If you average down in a share you should have near rock solid evidence the company will come good, a share like this - Ha Ha ha Ha !!!

As a cautionary tale I would advise people to familiarize themselves what happened in BCN (Bacanora Minerals). Ganfeng took a major slice of the company and then, with loads of help from the BoD made a low ball offer for the rest of the company which the BoD pushed through with the help of another ii shareholder in simple terms. The company got bought by the Chinese at conservatively 50% of its true value at the time. This is always the risk when dealing with the chinese desire to dominate strategic minerals.

Thats odd - reporting people for stating the obvious about a dying share ! In UKOG the only winners will EVER be the BoD..

Where have all these new posters come from ? For years this could go for days even weeks with no posts ! I agree the news is good, BUT this comp-any has form and was once well over 10p. There are still a LOT of unanswered questions we need answering and this is why the SP hike has been modest. How much Li PA ? How much TA PA ? I think 4p is viable myself but I would guard LTH's against to listening to too much hype by 'brand new' posters until the questions are more formally answered, as this RNS a a bit of a fag-packet back !

You dont seem to get that Putin has weaponized oil, gas and grain and is effectively directly attacking the western economies. I didnt mean we would invade Russia in the normal sense what I better meant was we take out anything near Europe or Ukraine. I still think Putin WANTS a big war personally, how could you act and say the things he does without such an intent.

I am struggling to see an outcome other than a head-on confrontation with NATO. If Russias forces can be measured by what they have under-achieved in Ukraine we should have no real problems. However Putin is a madman genius and perhaps their rubbish performance is all part of a ruse to lure in NATO to meet the 'good kit and forces'. What the Russians dont seem to understand is that they look at history and see how they defeated Napoleon and Hitler due to vast distances and severe winters, but Napoleon and Hitler didnt have airborne tankers, airborne surveillance and early warning platforms, ESM equipment and stealth bombers that have 1000's of miles range as well as GPS guided munitions ...
