Looks like getting rid of NR was a disaster. I personally blame The 3 musketeers for the current predicament. Funding should have been sorted a year ago. This is a god awful situation now IMHO.

Chris - the prolific basin “facility” is going to suck the life out of this share. We have not even experienced the dilution from the last draw down!!!

No doubt prolific are waiting (or pushing) for the SP to go even lower before they convert to shares. 25% dilution and the cash is already spent!!!!

Funding the 2nd phase seismic seems like it will be an issue. End game could be approaching IMVHO.

Why would the drill add substantial value if the CoS is so high? I feel you might be getting excited about a very routine development drill. Personally doubt it adds much value at this stage and can’t see the pump and dump crew getting interested.

Sounds strange to me hitman- why would new bondholders commit capital over a year in advance?

For me the funds would be received immediately and a condition will be that it is used to repay the existing bond?

Also can’t see how it benefits ENQ, unless you think the new interest rate will be higher for the new bonds?

Highland - the new strategy is OK - I’m just worried about execution to be honest. Clearly there is not this mountain of investors trying to pile into SCIR that the BOD believe there should be.

They claim that financing for oil and gas is difficult but that peeps are queuing up to fund transition projects. I don’t see much evidence in SCIRs case. Surely we shouldn’t need to wait for Ruvuma funds if that were the case??

For Ruvuma - In one breath they are saying it is difficult to get finance. In the next they are saying they can easily finance the drill if necessary. It sounds all a bit strange if you ask me.

My view is they can’t get funding for either Ruvuma or for new AD ventures.

Any equity funding now runs into difficulties because of the market cap being so low. It’s a very precarious situation to be in.

What we need is for the current BOD to come clean.

They have been in place for over 3 years now. Assets have been sold off and the proceeds have gone into the pockets of Gneiss. The BOd have failed, and they should be shown the door. They clearly will not do the honourable thing and stand down.
