The 20 million sale price tag that is touted is dollars, so if achieved that is about £14 million (minus a few million in consultancy and transaction fees I expect!!).

At best I thin we could see 2p on completed sale of Tanz “assets”.

As discussed yesterday that deal would need government approval so there is a massive risk that SCIr would run out of funds before the deal completed.

Chris - I am not saying the gas is worth nothing. I am saying SCIR will not be able to sell it in a timely manner, and cannot afford to develop.

Given SCIRs dire financial position these “assets” are viewed (rightly IMHO) as liabilities by the market.

Hi Frank - I won’t be sharing any personal information given the threats made by Chris.

I will continue to share my opinion about the company and I am happy for everyone else to do the same.

Too often conversation is of a personal nature (about a single person). Perhaps to distract from genuine concerns about the way this business is being run??

I don’t doubt TCs commitment to growing this business.

The world is different this time, and the cycle has changed but PMG is well placed. I suspect within the next year or 2 we will all see a good return

I would agree Romaron - it is material to the SP I think, but in theory it has a value on the books(I assume), and the intention to realise that value in some way is out there. The market is just choosing to heavily discount it IMHO.

Most likely case is that we get out spent and have to relinquish the asset when the cash calls start arriving. Funding options are not great.

I fear Aimster is right. It took years for the farm in at AEX. I fear any sale agreement could take even longer here. SCIR are exposed without a lot more funding.

The asset could easily be lost. Maybe better to be all in on AEX to pick up an extra few percent when SCIR can’t fund

The sellers in the transaction are likely the day traders who thought they could drive the price down. There will be a few shorts closing out tomorrow I think. The current SP is disconnected from reality.

Not surprised AB has bought this. No brainier.

I am hopeful we can stay under 20p for a couple of weeks when I will have some more dough to plough in.
