Hydrogen / ammonia needs to go from more or less zero to a huge scale if it is to replace fossil fuels in some of the heavier applications where batteries are impractical.

I hope I am right too as I have a small investment in Ukraine! Operations 1000km from conflict zone. Not to mention the much larger investment in ENQ. Instability and uncertainty is not good for us.

Romaron - my feeling is that people in the west over estimate Russia and Putin. They did it all through the Cold War.

Putin likes playing the hard man, but I just can’t see what he would want with Ukraine. It’s a vast country. I don’t think he is an empire builder, it’s all for a domestic audience.

I think he has a very poor excuse to invade, especially something large scale to attempt regime change by force.

So yeah, I think either a back down (what do you mean we were planning an invasion?!) or a short sharp incursion to keep everyone on their toes and chip away further at the west (I see Biden has given him the green light for this already)

I’m afraid to say that I am simply here to discuss the share. No financial motivation for any of my postings. I know that you guys are in deep and I think try to talk the share up so you can get out. I find that interesting too.

Joel - 100% agree about the cash. If they get $20 million they should return it all to shareholders. The BOD should then resign and let someone else take the story forward.

The SOLO / SCIR oil and gas name is irredeemably tainted IMHO.

This Scirroco name is nonsense. Read the presentation from last year, the strategy is all over the place. New BOD should focus attention on biogas…just daft trying to do everything green under the sun as the current BOD dangles.

If they get the $6 million in place now then I would be a buyer to be honest. Short term pain for LTH but at least we would see money being invested rather than the dual stripping.

Frank- 100% agree on the need for a placing as soon as possible. It’s not acceptable to fund this by the seat of their pants. They need to get funding in place for the whole work programme.

The sale has clearly fallen on its ass, and shareholders would rather the BOD retained the asset, so why introduce this funding unvertainty!!

To be honest the way they are approaching this just reinforces my view that they are not aligned with shareholders. The strategy benefits Gneiss but certainly not shareholders.

Perhaps we will see a sale of HE1 now to cover the phase 1 cash call.

Best to go with what the company have said. Phase 1 is funded. Anything else is wild speculation.

Prolific drawdown would require both parties to agree, and you must bare in mind that we have not even handed over the shares from the million pounds they loaned us 6 months ago.
