Traders will trade & some being allocated new shares @ 11p will immediately sell for profit ,as that is what they do & who can blame them for taking 'free ' money.
My view is that the majority will see that SEE are on the cusp of a substantial breakthrough & have the potential to become a dominant player in DMS with the potential to generate substantial revenues,profits & cash flow with a strong possibility of being taken over for a substantially higher SP than 11p ,possibly in the relatively short term (6-12 months).
Other strategic investments in our stock could emerge from this placing or some prospective investors will have no choice but to buy 'in market'@ a substantial premium to 11p.
Our perennial doubters will no doubt be disappointed with today's news & their disappointment is likely to deepen as the week progresses

Great news that Magna will buy $10mill new shares & very exciting that they will become a strategic investor ,along with LO subscribing for $2.7mill.The amount raised is given as a minimum figure & if demand outweighs supply & particularly if other prospective strategic investors express interest in acquiring a decent block of fees our Board could decide to raise more & an additional strategic investor or two on our share register would be most welcome .

Interesting that our SP is down when a significant stake has been announced by a renowned US stock market trader/investor in our largest tangible investment & the shares of ADVFN are up strongly today (so far).
Presumably a cunning plan is afoot ?

So who is the Dan Horsky announcing a significant holding today & who did he acquire it from?

All rests with the Outlook statement on Wednesday & how well received by brokers & analysts .Reasonably positive Outlook & you may be right -but still 10-15% higher than our current SP -which would certainly better than the effect of a negative ,lacklustre outlook .
I Stan by my 18p while dreaming of See2020s 100p -as that would result in very serious profits for even those of us with modest holdings (under 8 figs)

Hostile takeover unlikely IMO , although I accept that a fundraise is a possibility- but, if it happens, it will no doubt be to support the large number of RFQ wins requiring a ramp up of our capabilities to meet demand & , if funds are required, I would prefer a "friendly" strategic investment by an organisation who will also benefit from our prospective future success-eg Qualcomm.A 10% holding thy QC at 11p would have a very beneficial effect on our SP,again IMO.
We should know more by next Wednesday, if not before .

Qualcomm projecting their revenue from IOT of $9bill by 2023 - the market size therefore being much bigger .

Presentation yesterday by CEO projecting revenues from IOT of $9bill -giving an indication of the size of the Market & now need to demonstrate an ability to stake our claim to a % of that market .

Presumably when Stifel collaborate with SEE following results next week , they will include a valuation of our Aviation Division

Great news & yet another deal with a global market leading multi billion $$$ company.I am not sure what CFP Googled but my basic research revealed a company with 68k employees spread across the globe with divisions involved with sectors other than aviation ( shipping, rail etc ) & the fact that it looks as though they have a product which is market ready , rather than an early stage collaboration,we could soon be signing contracts & generating revenue from this collaboration.

Results & ,most importantly ,the Outllok statement & subsequent analysts/brokers forecasts for FY22 provide PM with the opportunity to beat our drum louder than ever before & hopefully there will be positive news regarding our winning some of the $900mill RFQs referred to in our last trading update ,over 3 months ago .There could also be positive news revealing why the Results were delayed by 4 weeks.
As ever,remaining optimistic !

I bought shortly after IPO at around 130p & dividends of around 930 cents have been paid & we will have bought back around 15mill shares since buy backs commenced & they are likely to continue .It will be interesting to see whether our Board will be happy to roll out our platform in the US & hope that we can grow market share organically or whether they will decide to make further acquisitions in order to speed up the process .Let’s hope that our Boards non issuance of a specific RNS regarding potential litigation signifies that they do not see it as a material threat to our business

The last couple of weeks represents a terrible run since the news broke of the lawsuit against us , ie down over 10% following a strong update.Some xpect increased volatility over the coming months into next year & uncertainty & fluctuating markets have been good for us over the year in addition to building out our US business from a small acquisition.We have no debt,a substantial yield & substantial growth possibilities in all of our markets.
as investors , we all have a choice.

Must be a distinct possibility & I am sure that SEYE have already posted theirs

Agreed -yet RNS today refers to Odey increasing his position again having trimmed last week.

Strange that 21 outlook raised but 22 & 23 trimmed.Should any provisions be required, prudently, in respect of the lawsuit we should expect that to be done in FY21
