I should have added that the Interims,published on 8th Dec referred to a seasonal lull in Mouldings & was generally optimistic about prospects for this division & there was no hint of a disaster in respect of Nov & Dec .Our FD & CEO must have known how business was in Nov /Dec & my reading of this is that this info was not shared, for whatever reasons, with other members of the Board.

Well something has gone horribly wrong & losing the new CEO & longstanding FD at the same time infers something unpleasant has occurred.JG taking control wont calm the Market or our main II & I suspect JG buying a few more shares today, at much lower prices, wont prevent a substantially lower SP.well done to CS for bailing out & to Testpack for substantially reducing.IMHO our best hope now is for JG to stabilise Mouldings & with view to his age & shareholding try to dispose of the Group in the next year or so.

HBM were very large holders in SKP & also had a holding in Vec.Lets hope that the reduction in their holding together with that of other Institutions recently represents portfolio tweaking rather than the beginning of a long period of stock overhang.Positive news in respect of our 7 new prospective products could do wonders to revitalise our SP & news is apparently overdue from the Chinese study 7 from Novartis-so lets hope its good .

As my largest holding is in Vec I too want to see our SP increase towards the consensus broker targets, backed up by news of continued strong with our existing portfolio & positive news regarding our 7 pipeline products, whose value is apparently not reflected in our current SP.we seem to be a well managed company with a portfolio of good products & what we now need is positive newsflow & particularly from those areas where we may have expected news by now ( neg China study , Novartis).I am bound to be bullish with view to my holding but in pharma terms we are tiny & assuming we dont issue vast amounts of new shares for no good reason there is no reason why our SP will not be substantially higher in a year or two & I currently have no plans on selling.

Looks like I may be the last man standing here !My shares are all held in either my SIPP or ISA & the yield is attractive to me although I have been disappointed at the lack of communication regarding progress over the last year & the loss of the major client .That said Cru had a decent year, the outlook statement was positive & so, for now, 2017 is expected to be a good year & I would be surprised if there arent more acquisitions over the coming months. unless Miton & other supporters are now less supportive of further fundraisings, which would of course damage our SP.With good news this year our SP could reach 25p, but I apprteciate that any bad news could see us back to 15p or less. Agreed but still positive news & I consider that there is potential for a substantial re rate next year, assuming positive newsflow resulting in deals which substantially improve our growing cash flow.Brokers apparently have us between 160 -250p.

You wait for ages & then 2 decent RNs s on the trot, both of which are encouraging for 2017 .

You may well have a point & it could be that the stakebuilder is continuing to build & people who know him are following his lead.Until the fat lady sings I have no profit here ,as yet, but as I bought my holdings for under 7p about 4 weeks ago based on the first Rns relating to stakebuilding I am amused at my almost accidental short term success here.Lets hope that the hand of the stakebuilder is soon revealed or there is some fire behind the smoke .

Always interesting to hear the view of the professionals.Hopefully positive cashflow in the second half ( despite further investment) will hopefully reduce gearing by the year end & I am sure that management will be working hard to control stock levels.While referring to the exchange loss the analyst did not refer to the increase in revenue from exports , particularly outside the EU.I am curious & will email the company.

Solid results together with an increased dividend, rewarding all shareholders & particularly senior management ( who all have decent amounts of skin in the game).I was hoping for improved EPS , but we continued investing for the future & on target for meeting expectations this year is fine.I am surprised that JG did not refer to the substantially increased exports & it would be interesting to know what we are selling & to whom,both inside & outside the EU.The weaker £ will hopefully enable us to expand the export side of our business further. I did not buy Cru as a short term punt & did not expect multi bags short term ( good job as I havent got them)-but Cru now pays a decent & growing divi & is a diverse group & as longer as it continues to adapt to rapidly changing economic circumstances it should prove to be a decent long term holding for my SIPP/ISA & I believe that senior management, with its substantial collective shareholding, will be keen on an exit at some point which will result in a higher SP

For me to double ( if our rise is sustained ) in just over 2 weeks.If I could replicate the situation regularly & in sufficient volumes I would have discovered the secret of successful investing.Sadly I have been doing this for long enough to know that I havent - & just got lucky here.....for now !

Could be announced by next Friday,if consistent with last year & it will be interesting to see how well we have traded over the last few months & with an even weaker £ than when we were last updated.I am expecting a substantial hike in both turnover & profitability , as all acquisitions will be included in this period & should have all been integrated & I am also expecting another dividend increase.I would not be surprised if more acquisitions dont follow the Interims. Ever the optimist !

Lifers see a glimpse of profit here & hopefully in the not too distant future .

CP-had you made a timely T20 purchased 19 days ago which needed to be closed today & you had made a few thousand pounds for zero outlay you may be tempted to take your profit ahead of the (expensive ) festive season.There are always reasons why people sell at what appears to be the wrong time to the rest of us.BTW-I ,sadly , did not open a T20 trade here 19 days ago .

Always great to buy into a share which springs into life although it has been a rare occurrence.He has bought a substantial stake very cheaply & he wont be able to buy substantial volume at low prices again -so he may have finished & be satisfied with a very cheap 13%+ stake.Lets hope his buying & the increased SP will result in other news to sustain & support the momentum. I havent bought & sold any share in 1 day for years-so I am not a trader , although I was tempted to trouse a near £4k profit in a few hours earlier.
