Letts has gone & with a residual stake which is much smaller than it was , Cook has been appointed CEO & we have a new Board.My view is that Blur would have gone into Admin if our new Board & Cook were not optinistic ofsalvation & they certainly would not have encouraged or supported a fundraising.I would not berr surprised to hear soon of progress with one or more of our prospective clients but whether that will be sufficient to justify our current MV remains to be seen.I picked up a few months ago at about 5p & thought I had a total loss & certainly regretted ( as I still do ) not selling for around 20p-will I never learn ??

Market likely to be mightily relieved as Cook has a decent CV & our new Board have faith in him.Those buying today may have an early return.

since the rights issue this week as I am hoping that with a firming CU price,strong figures & the possibility of positive news re expansion plans that our SP may continue its recovery towards its recent highs.Apologies in advance if my purchases result in a falling SP !!

Bought a few last week @ under 4p ahead of the forthcoming results,which could represent a turning point in the fortunes of PRM

Over a period of relative stability & low volatility.I expect the Interim Dividend to be increased when Interims are announced on 7/8/17 confirming an exceptional yield from Plus.The continuing share repurchase program should see the yield increase further .The Regulatory changes "may" impact revenues & profitability in the second half but our Board have demonstrated an ability to outperform.I agree that we maybe vulnerable to another bid although any bidders will probably prefer to see how the new regulations may impact our business before paying a premium.

Looks like no news will be forthcoming until Finals although the recent heatwave & recently reported "booming" ice cream sales will have helped Interpack achieve or exceed its targets.Pity we havent heard more about the large contracts due to have started at the beginning of the current trading year.

I presume that they are held in Treasury,rather than cancelled,in order to provide the Board with selling them in the Market, should the need ever arise, to provide cash flow for Plus.

Solid enough with the problem division having been rapidly turned around & the prospect of a strong 2017/18 year being reiterated ( 5 weeks into the new year).I now expect the dividend to be held & perhaps our SP will be able to recover ground lost ,nothwithstanding the joy of a hung parliament....again

The late reported buy of 3535709 shares is encouraging & also tempted to increase my holding.Hopefully we will soon hear what the FDA disliked about Hikmas proposition & that may help, together with a positive trading update

Rns this afternoon releases an interview with Marcus by Proactive, in which he is optimistic & enthusiastic , although I appreciate that it is all part of the drum beating,possibly ahead of a fundraiser to accompany the acquisition,assuming it proceeds.

Now we know why we exited the potential for production in Turkey.Massive dilution but massive increase in JORC to over 2.7mill ounces in Brazil & ,if proceeds, we will be a much bigger player.Affect on our SP ???

Interesting to hear that Mr Gottlieb,new head of the FDA was ( & maybe still is) on the advisory council og GSK . Hmmm !!

Unless our CEO & FD throw in the towel & look for a buyer .Hikma would be a good buyer if they believe that this is a mere delay as they would save a mid double digit royalty on future sales, which could be worth $150mill pa if they ever achieve sales of $1bill.Perhaps GSK would throw their hat in the ring as they already pay royalties to Vec & they may not be so confident of victory in respect of the current litigation.I am sure there would be other interested parties too. Clearly our FD had his doubts following his post merger disposals,probably caused by the angst historically over Flutiform & the FDA.

As much as Hikma appeared very confident of approval there are those that expect approval to be delayed,following a requirement for further submissions,resulting in approval being unlikely before 2018. If they are right I will be joining you in the "Fed Up" dept as I was hoping positive news would help our SP re rate upwards towards broker/analyst targets , rather than the opposite on disappointment. Nothing on D+FDA announcement website as yet.

I was hoping the same but the fact that Hikma s SP is virtually unchanged suggests that speculators are taking bullish positions ahead of the news ,presumably on the basis that there is substantial scope for a robust recovery in our bombed out SP should the news be good.Lets hope !!

The rumoured tie up could result in more crate orders which togethercwith our new automotive orders could help us move forward positively again.A year end trading update would be useful .

In the very unlikely event of GSK wanting to acquire Vec there would be a greater rational than to acquire the rights to what will hopefully prove to be the major generic competitor to Advair. They would also be acquiring the royalties from the Elipta range (£9mill pa from the SKP stable & litigation pending with the Vec Elipta products) together with Flutiform ( & the possibility of another application to the FDA) & our various other products & pipeline. Approval in 10th May could add more than 15p(depending on our then SP) & help create the momentum to take us over 200p. RBS either hedging their bets or generating some easy money,depending on interpretation

To see a firm SP today,in a weak market, following yesterdays strong rise.

Strong statement & improved performance continuing into the current quarter which should result in increased dividends.
