Hopefully today marks the beginning of a period of regular positive newsflow,allowing the seller to exit completely into strength -they must be happier with 5p+ rather than 4.5p-

Interesting to know whether they are aware of us & what we do as an investment by them would be transformational. After the quiet following KKs visit in early March hopefully we our newsflow will now increase ,along with our SP & once The Market is reassured that we remain on target for FY 18 & our expectation for FY19 remain on track,our SP will start moving forward.

Would be great publicity as Musk is viewed as the ultimate pioneer in the tech sector & the presumption will be that if he buys our product ,everyone else will want it too.

Sports betting must have favoured the bookies since the acquistion completed with favourites losing & yet there are still around 30 million shares short & I cannot imagine that any shorters are still in profit & wonder,at what point to they close their shorts,lick their wounds & take their losses.

Could be the sound of shorters burning ?

Agreed Alex & we also need confirmation that Guardian 2 has been tested successfully & is now being shipped & installed , together with details of any material new contracts,confirmation of our next Auto OEM contract & long awaited confirmation of our first rail contract.To instill confidence in our Managements ability to deliver & credibility it is crucial for us to achieve turnover of A$38-A$43 mill , as projected 6 months ago.we really want to avoid being a company who it transpires over promised & under delivered & we would rather not have to hear about contract delays as being the reason for any shortfall.I remain optimistic but positive news would be , I am sure, well received by all.

Interesting to know KKs rational for a switch from Finncap to Cenkos -unless it is a decision based on the cost of the service

The growing interest in Tern, based mainly on the DA investment, must bode well for the chances of DA now being able to raise the capital required for growth on more favourable terms

What are the chances of Coke using OPTI product to substantially reduce sugar content & avoid Sugar Tax . A deal with Coke would probably help the SP

I thought KK advised at the recent meetings that Guardian 2 was in production & would be delivered within 3 weeks of then, ie by around the end of March .Have we been advised of a delay or is it possible that it is being delivered & installed as we speak ?

We hoped that some of the excess placing funds would have resulted in buying in the market by those not receiving their full application & there may have been a bit of that but not enough to make any difference to our SP.Unfortunately I doubt whether a few PIs ( me included probably ) using some of their 18/19 ISA allowance 9 or SIPP allowance ) will make any difference to our SP.I agree that we need news of substantial fleet contracts ( incorporating Guardian 2.0),the long awaited rail contracts & confirmation of the next auto OEM ( & preferably the one after that too). Unlikely for another trading update to be issued until much nearer the year end , as we are unlikely to be materially exceeding expectations & hopefully & similarly unlikely to be materially falling short.

Over 14% of our stock is currently being shorted ,over 40 million shares.Professsional shorters , particularly when hunting in packs, are often right & to them their position is a no brainer .Like most PIs , I am long & therefore hoping they have it wrong & it will be interesting to see how our SP performs post acquisition , the issue of more shares & over the following few days.Perhaps they are right & our consolidated SP will fall back to ,say 700p +, giving them all a very fat profit-but, if our businesses continue performing strongly & our SP holds its ground, & acquirors of the new shares hold on to them,they will have to buy �400mill + of our shares, at some point

The set back over the last week in the driverless car revolution is surely be great news for us , as all cars will, eventually , require DMS , a large % of which,hopefully , will be supplied by us for the foreseeable future.I would have thought that we will also now be even more attractive to predators., when the time 7 the price is right.
