The poster on ADVF has other motives ... is/or linked to Carlos Estevez.
They timed everything of that article for Q3 release
Carlos is in trouble, has been for some time.
He or with partners borrowed lots of money on tailing dam , which he has tried to sell to EMED/Atalaya at an inflated price.
I believe he has, still is trying to strong arm into getting the price he wants.
I believe, the banks have seized these lands as he borrowed lots of money on them (which he has failed to pay back, and has basically stolen).
You must remember, when Estevez drove the company to bankrupt (partly loc copper price, but also probably huge theft), Carlos split the land up, and gave his cronies and himself adjacent lands.
These lands south of the tailing are worth nothing. The only natural owner should be ATYM.
It is my view that Carlos and his cronies have funded Ecologista Acion (who are happy to take funding, as are against mining in Spain).
Carlos just wants to attack tailing dams, in order to sell the lands further south. But ATYM don't need to buy this land.
There is a view that Carlos when in control, purposely deteriorated the dams in order to set up a situation where the next owner would have to buy the land in order to make further dam provisions. This is no longer needed hence, reason Ecologista always attack the dams (dams are just fine, beautifully managed).
So now this court action against an administrative error, and the junta want to get it right .
AAU will be signed, but they know there are those who want to trip up the activity at every opportunity.
Carlos is due to go to prison. Sadly Prison in Spain is quite comfortable and he will be able to continue to manipulate things, but given his age and health likely to spend his last days there.
