I totally agree. Astor has to be paid before dividend ... unless there is some new agreement with ASTOR (unlikely).
However, moving from AIM to main board, dividends are all part of the picture IMHO.
I think the board understands if they want to look like a KAZ and get shareholders in, will need a dividend.
All said we would probably need a bigger float, so could all come as part of bigger picture ie funding for Touro, merger, takeover . Lots of things possible.
Would be nice to see Astor put to history ... but he is happy in Zug (Switzerland) keeping the stale mate
