Effectively, the business is offshore (Switzerland) and Ashwath Mehra used to getting his own way. Will be very bitter that lost court case. Unfortunately for us he is very rich and will be happy to throw resources even if continues to lose. I would not be surprised if he is somehow involved. I remember in the day around sensitive negotiations on equity issue there was an aggressive seller out of Zurich ... this must have been Ash selling on inside info. Wish I put two and two together. I would be cautious
they seem good company and aggressive sales force (40 people)
but they run the risk of oil/gas price fluctuations and ultimately the small players get destroyed by this
