they have already told us production is above expectations

coper price is still Ok

some noise, low liquidity and this has been pushed lower maybe because negotiations ongoing (yes this has happened int he past)

Some articles on eco stuff have been pushed to the front

results will be in line (which is good)

Markets are poor . Uncertainty ahead of Brexit. Could go either way.

No real buyers in ATYM (I bought a scarp).

Market makers will move stock lower (as they probably have sellers at 240, 260) until they find a support / buyer ... this is what they do.

Then you have the eco warriors : saonofvan who will post anything negative related to eco and are against the mine, in this case Touro.

I have been to the mine (Rio Tinto) everything is fine

@alendale , copper is 2.75 see kitco , and sees to be trading in this range, and hopefully bounces off the 2.75

Both I and my mate Walter1111 wherever pleased with what we saw.
Massive contrast to what I saw first time pre-permit: this is a fully operational and expanding mine.

New equipment being installed : 2nd primary crusher; 4x new floatation units; 2x secondary crusher.
Tailing dam is fine . Improvements made (on previous owner), water settles in middle and 300m+ away from very big / think walls (trucks can drive ontop). Eco lawyer who made claims is a liar, pure and simple.
Takeaway : surely mine has more than 14 years; with new cap equipment we will smash through 14mtpa (So I believe strongly that ATYM are being conservative on output). The strategic review, one of our shareholders may be looking to exit , we are looking at all options as part of process and even we could buy the stake or third party (ie Australian Oz miner as currently reported by VanJnr doing due diligence).
Matsa is well respected (Trafigura) ... whatever that means ...
Rio Tinto town seemed better place than before. Restaurant was packed.

I saw the copper concentrate end product ... it does not hang around as gets shipped out for further processing.

For those who attended the AGM, there were well documented reports of Ecologist lawyer making attacks on dam tailing. That lawyer is a f***** liar . Dam walls are massive , wide , new . Water no way near the walls, 200-300m away. Layer is fundamentally against mining in Spain .

Visited mine last Friday with fellow investor Walter1111.
This was my second visit , first being back pre permit Harry days.
Mine has transformed.
No surprise its fully operational and expanding.
My takeaway ... 15mtpa/14 years ... I think there must be much more to come in output and life of mine: as our expansion of 4 new flotation units, 2 secondary crushers, 1 new primary crusher points to bigger scale.
Great visit . Sense of optimism . Locals happy.

think reason stock drifting is court case this Thursday , so buyers just holding off.

IMO will be status quo ... the original contract is flawed . Same terms as before and both parties encouraged to negotiate new terms.
