111baker: "The day traders have left a 26.9% rise untouched, which was disappointing as I had funds waiting on a retrace--why can`t they be consistent in their rapacious plundering. There is no justice left, perhaps tomorrow the world will return to normal too late for me tho----curses".
Don't worry, 111baker, there are a few here who "day traded" the share hoping for a big drop at the end to be able to get back in and have more shares than they had originally at the beginning of the day. And there were plenty who did the same yesterday thinking they could have bought back in this morning but now found themselves with less shares than they had yesterday because of the RNS. That's the "curse of day traders" (75% to 80% of days traders lose money every day and that is a FACT). They usually have a go at posters like me and are bitter inside, both because they lost shares and because of the hemorrhoids caused by so much stress day trading. Well, I guess anyone who goes in the rain will get wet.
Of course, you will always have the 20% who will come here and tell others how successful they are with their day trading, but you will never get them to blow their trumpets when they phuck up their trades, I can bet you that. They are always perfect and have "lessons" to post others on how successfully you can trade in and out. They generally do that when they themselves have already sold out or bought in, but you will never hear from them when the share goes tits up (when they are in) or spike up (when they are out) when they day before they were telling you the exact opposite was going to happen.
I am here for the drill result. It doesn't mean I will not sell some when my various prices on the way up are hit, by the way, and I am sure lots of other investors here do them same.
On another note, HE1 have funds for at least 3 drills and the licence is huge so I am sure there will be other drills ahead. Minchin could be sitting on £20 million instead of £10 million and that shows me he didn't take advantage of the small investor as he expected to have a discovery by now and our sp would be much higher so I am not disappointed by him, but by our bad luck regarding the well collapsing. That's why I haven't sold a single share and trust our CEO to do the right thing by us.
Anyway, if trading is your thing I can only wish you good luck, literally.
