Starts a new AFC financial year: Still no product sales, still no contracts for future orders, are the lights still on in the production hall - I do not want to see the word "transformational" in any future updates. The silence is tangible.

This does not reflect what is happening here. The single well flow rates are consistent (beating the hedge, apart from the setup for the sidetrack) the ongoing work can only improve that situation - so what are we missing??

Surely the majority of these protestors are working folks, I fact I have read on a few occasions they are being "paid to protest" - solution - stop their benefits.

The most important sentence in the RNS appears to be being ignored:
Should Argo be unsuccessful in completing any further financing, Argo would become cash flow negative in the near term and would need to curtail or cease operations.
It can be shortened to "Danger - keep out"

Fine - what is the average over 30 days?
In relation to October (28 days) the average was 0.1511 which I believe does NOT meet the hedge. However during the period they needed to pause/delay flows in preparation for the sidetrack work, excluding these days average flow rises to 0.1630 which comfortably EXCEEDS the hedge. The overall point being any degree of benefit achieved from the sidetrack and the subsequent introduction of a second compressor that increases current flow rates will positively impact on ANGS. The outcome of the current work will be reported within the next 4/6 weeks, we watch and wait.

Yes: -30% was well over cooked - made a decent few bob selling at 76p with more patience could have achieved 80p+ but the plan was to get in and out within hours and it worked. Any overall market weakness and this may be available again in the coming days.

Huge drop in ITM today (rather overdone IMO) dropping the Market cap below £500m. They report having £320 in cash.
Past predictions that AFC would grow to meet the ITM market value come back into focus - is this now possible or will we discover that AFC face the same issues when we report in the coming weeks. I note CWR are also circa 10% off.

As we all know ANGS has a reputation for not delivering to its own set time frames. Remember it reported that gas would be being produced well before the hedge came into being. It eventually got to 1st gas on the last day of August and had to renegotiate the hedging position. The market is therefore weary of the timeframes set out for both the sidetrack and the second compressor. All understandable in my book. Once they deliver these 2 projects and some concrete production and financial numbers are released, then and only then will the sp rerate. As for GL's ambitions towards geothermal's he should let Saltfleetby settle in before embarking on this expensive project. All IMO.

As BTC rises the massive losses just get a bit less massive. Traders make some money - simples.

To the relief of consumers (and all governments) gas prices are falling. For late October it is unusually mild in the UK. What comes next? well it is winter and to satisfy the climate change activists it will inevitably become much colder and consumption and demand will outstrip supply and Putin will continue his illegal war in Ukraine.
For these reasons I do not think GL has missed the boat on high gas prices - he may just be getting the timing right. Sit tight and watch.

I mentioned some time ago that whilst LGEN sp remains so depressed and the US dollar so strong they are vulnerable to a US opportunist approach.
The article comments that the LGEN sp could triple from its current level whilst continuing to pay a handsome dividend.

Well don't be lazy, drive to the cheaper one, Brits love shopping around.

Looks like a big sales order is being filled. If it is for Mr Forrest he will not be getting 2.20p. If the current flow rates continue and then get better with the side track and 2nd compressor ANGS will make good money, hopefully GL will sit back for a few months and let it accumulate for that promised dividend, fingers crossed.

Do you really believe your options (i) and (ii) are feasible options?
The original proposed deal was at 27p- that must be dead in the water. Why on earth would anyone negotiate a deal at 20p with the underlying shares below 13p. The only option I see is (iii). Perhaps a short punting gamble (imo)

The UK treasury should have been more proactive and imposed a windfall tax on those who have enjoyed really low mortgage rates over the last decade and have driven up house prices to silly levels. During this time shareholder in banks were deprived of their dividends to protect consumers. The banks have benefited for less than a year and the BOE dithered over tackling inflation.

Cannot understand why these sales by the director have any impact on the immediate share price, the event was several days earlier.
