Well I’ve read all the posts concerning the non disclosure of the massive ARCM short position. The FCA should fully investigate this non disclosure and fine ARCM the maximum penalty for each day they failed to comply with the rules.
I also find it difficult to believe that PMO did not know about a position of this size, and I have no idea how this news will impact on the immediate sp.

I have now read both reports on yesterday’s visit to AFC. Thank you both for your excellent reports (bet neither of you did such good work whilst at school. Haha)
The future looks a lot brighter for AFC and LTH’s should get their reward in the coming weeks, months and years.

Just checked out the new web site, today’s presentation / demo is not mentioned there yet. I hope they actually make it available on the site for those who could not attend. In the last Proactive update from AB he mentioned addressing the issue of additional funds early in the new year. I expect that will be the next real news to surface, I know they have the option of drawing on a £4m facility, but with no immediate income that may not be the favoured route. The disruptive technology may take a while to gain a real foothold.

The bitterness is tangible

Disappointing drop in sp today looks unjustified based on a mere volume of 3.8m shares traded. Everybody please ignore BMAC concentrate on DISRUPTIVE TECH and let’s see what comes out of the demo day.

Placing shares went mainly to a foreign investor/institution according to the RNS

There are no shorts reported on short tracker web site and according to the FT the volume of shorts is LOW. Probably there may be some CFD shorts, so the work of gamblers/traders nowt for LTH’s to worry about.

Just read 107 pages of **** wind and waffle, but it did include - We will invest in electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Maybe we can all enjoy government bonds when Labour nationalise AFC together with broadband (via BT), mail, water and energy. Oh happy days.

Two hours into today’s action. We have had three days of tree shaking, lots of negativity from BMAC (opinions allowed) a strange placing at 20p and volume levelling off somewhat today.
The sp is back to Fridays close at circa 17.5p. On the basis that is still triple plus of the 5p we enjoyed 2/3 weeks ago, I’d say that’s success.
With the coming investor day and maybe more news to come I’m happy to continue holding.

Personally I read all posts, rarely do I buy or sell on other posters opinions and I suggest all other readers/posters on any bb do their own research and back their own hunches. If BMAC’s post annoy then filter them, end of.

What price can be put on “disruptive technology “

Reported to be over 100 when AFC hit 23/25 anyone know what it is now that it’s dropped back to 16/18

Clearly the institution that stumped up £520k does not agree with BMAC.

Not an expert on this, but this type of placing could not have been arranged between close of play last night and 7am this morning. There would be a lot legalities to complete. So either the price was fixed overnight or the issue was agreed at a premium to fridays closing price. No significant dilution here so all good for further progress. Keep the news coming.

What a truly fantastic day for AFC.
Just to remind long suffering holders (including me) here are a couple of stats from the FT.
On 15th August 2019 the sp closed at 3.76p and the volume traded was 1.155m shares
Tonight the sp closed at 25.60p a gain of 8.10p and the volume traded was 33.77m shares. Probably a record.
To put this into perspective today’s gain is more than twice the sp of 3 months ago.
It’s great to read posts from LTH’s who are once again ahead with AFC long may it continue. The new website looks and reads brilliantly, and the run up to the investors day may be even more exciting.

According to FT stats over 115m AFC shares have been traded in the last 6 business days. This cannot be all pi’s there must be some stakebuilding. Over 24m today with 3 hrs to go.

This cannot be being driven by pi’s. Long may it continue

Many will have 20p sell targets, so this may tread water for an hours or two.

And just to add, new websites do not justify a more that 60pc rise in an sp over 2 days. Something really big is in the pipeline.
