They do not normally issue an RSN during the trading day, so there could well have been a leak on pending news.

An excellent article, but I have read many such articles and I have watch very good presentations from AFC. What’s missing are concrete orders to generate income. There has been only silence since the beginning of December. They have the disruptive technology, let’s have the disruptive RNS please.

Trust TD is loading up at these price, anything over $65 is good for debt repayment, which has got to be the priority

The net proceeds of the subscription are intended to enable the company’s ability to fulfil orders following the EV demonstration programme commencing in December 2019.
The Demo was 3 weeks ago, it was probably attended by some customers who already had deep knowledge of the AFC EV offering. I hold AFC I do not need any more of them. I just hope LTH are not being led another merry dance by AB and his crew.
I want AFC to succeed.

Sadly no news is bad news for the share price, the longer this goes on the lower we drop. Raising £520k to finance immediate demand looks foolish. AB stated funding would be addressed in the new year, with no orders reported this will not be well received, no matter how good the tech is.

What a weak replacement for Mark Carney, this guy has not enforced FCA disclosure rules properly. How is he going to stand up to politians. Maybe they want someone who turns a blind eye in charge. Really poor appointment, he should have been shown the door over the PMO short position farce.

I agree, unless there is an issue that’s not the public domain, this will never see 40p again (or 38p for that matter). pi’s have been shafted here, especially any with stop losses. Expect a lot higher before new year.

What a wishy washy response. My understanding is there is a need to disclose all short positions. This short position has built up over a long time and thus the rule breached on many many occasions. If no action is taken the rule is worthless and if that is the case, well why does the FCA exist.

He started his attack on AFC as they rose through the 9/10p level and outlined his thoughts in great detail as he is entitled to do.
With the sp back at 13p and looking as if it could go lower, maybe he has a point. I’ve been in AFC for a long long time and I’ve seen it rise from 10p to well over 50p and recently from below 5p to 28p. I know they had a positive presentation last Friday
and they appear to be ready for commercialisation.
I now get the feeling that many on this board blame BMAC for the sudden drop in the sp. AFC can get their hands on a £4m draw down, but with no current income that will not be their 1st choice another rights issue is almost guaranteed and that will not be BMAC either. I will not be selling, and BMAC will not influence any future decision I take with AFC.

According to the FT the volume traded today is the highest for 14 trading days, is this the start of the move to sub 10p.
That foreign institutional investor must be rather upset, having been conned by AB into spending £520k at 20p per share. Will not be much goodwill there.

What a load of waffle - It should have started off by saying - Thank you, we read the weekend press, and we ARE ALL OVER THIS.
What is the point of having DISCLOSURE RULES, well it’s to enforce DISCLOSURES.
Try telling HMRC you forgot to complete your tax return on time. You broke the rules you get FINED and FINED further as you continue fail to comply.

Some serious ARXE KICKING is needed at the FCA or it should be replaced - DISGRACEFUL

Mrd5432 I know you are a close follower of PMO. Well a few years ago I felt like you feel tonight when PMO got suspended at 19p, you must remember it. I had to wait quite a while, but eventually got saved when they recovered to over 140p. I will never get in that position again. What has happened to TLW is rather similar and today’s movement will not be reversed overnight but I’m sure in 6/12 months it will be a distant memory. Just be patient.

In early November and made a few bob (Always in the 140p/150p range) just cannot believe the movement today. A quick reference shows it to be capitalised at £120m less than PMO. That tells me this should bounce considerably from this level, unless I’m misunderstanding the situation. I watch with interest.
