Judging by the sp drift I can see LTH’s being screwed . The placing will dilute LTH’s then the RI will dilute further. The placing will go to the likes of ARCM who will put huge pressure on the sp over a long time period. It’s happened before, thoughts of future dividends really are pie in the sky.

Surely this cannot be all Sirius is worth, £386m the progress to date has cost way more, all the future take up agreements surely must have some value. The potential loss is not the end of the world (for me ) but it really is disappointing and huge steal by AA.

I would now like so see (highly unlikely) PMO request temporary suspension of its share to allow the regulator to investigate what exactly is going on. The shares could be readmitted, say Thursday as PMO issue the trading update and possibly update on Zama sale. Shorters may not be smiling then.
