Shareholders are not invested in market cap, ITM closed 29/12 20 at 493p. They have had a terrible run but are still about 30p higher. AFC are significantly below their price on 29/12/20. Far too much reliance on this extreme e business, they need contracts. Without these the market cap will only increase with a cash raise and that is certainly coming.

LTH’s expectations are not mirrored by the market, and in this context the market are the bookmakers, in my experience they are seldom wrong, maybe we should all be worried.

2020 saw the conclusion of AFC Energy's first commercial contracts with in excess of £1m contracted to be delivered during 2021.

For both Extreme E and Jülich's state of the art microgrid configuration integrating AFC Energy's hydrogen fuel cells in Germany, we have already seen income invoiced on several instalments, and under accounting policies, will see that income recognised in the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 October 2021.

The pipeline of opportunities under development continues to grow and the Company is now working with both prospective UK and overseas customers in the advancement of several new multi-order initiatives and further announcements will be made in the coming months at the appropriate stages.

The 2020 results should be with us in the coming days, we are 4 months into the financial year so they have another "8 coming months" to deliver. The market is not convinced, hopefully they prove it wrong.

Why am I so down and critical of our BOD they have known about the launch of their product for a long time, they have known it would be publicised, they have known the BBC are covering the event live, and they do nothing. A PR disaster.
Please do not complain about this post, I’ve just watched it with my own eyes, it’s all facts.

Ourjambo1985 - This was a good point you raise - If this didn't happen then AFC should have announced it and if it did happen AFC should have reported the outcome.

Well that's that dead in the water, clearly AFC did not impress them - Whats next.

Due before end of February, so 8 business days for our BOD to pull a rabbit out of the hat. Share Price has been drifting for over 6 weeks, Schroders (who are certain to know more than pi's) have been sellers, recruitment of marketing and communications senior employees, 40 office spaces created at the assembly plant - oh yea no reported new orders - = more cash needed.
The cash call is my opinion - the rest is factual, I think.
