Thanks for the response. I think it’s crazy, they are happy for their clients to blow the lot on a 100 plus days world cruise or give it away to relatives. But will not allow investments, beggars belief.

Equity release - I checked this out recently, the advertised interest rate was very low, similar to what you say. The guy asked me “whats the money was for” I replied “not totally sure at present, why are you asking”. He replied, “the money cannot be used to buy investments”. At that point I ended the enquiry.
I take it you did not have this issue, any advice appreciated.

Qualification really really boring stuff, great cars and technology, otherwise a real turn off.

The crappy dividend was the maximum allowed by the regulator at that time. This is due for review in June/July by the regulator and if the U.K. continues to make good progress on the COVID front the restrictions will almost certainly be removed. Lloyds has committed to pay some if not all of the delayed dividends (maybe reverting to the planned quarterly payouts) and to reintroduce buybacks. Shareholders could be handsomely rewarded over the next 18/24 months.

AFC seem happy to showcase their product and then spend on an RSN to report what we already know. The goal should be to generate sales to enhance the sp. But when our leader has none of his own skin in the game maybe that's too much to ask. Give some more cheap options, he's doing a great job.

Today BT currently 171.10p. Other similarities, directors buying.

Weeks to build to 140p, less than an hour to drop back to 130p, god give me strength.
