I consider the money I paid to Primary Bid to be a payment to AFC - just for clarity. With no sales I expect to be asked for more in the not too distant future.

I bought shares in AFC many years ago through my broker (so the market) and subsequently subscribed (on four occasions) for new shares when AFC raised funds - so to answer your question I believe I have bought on the market and from AFC. I might add for complete clarity I have also traded along the way through the market and my current holding is in my books a free ride.
All the money (Capital) AFC have ever raised has been through offerings, either publicly and/or privately- they don't get it from the market.

We shareholder have give AFC over £60 million in the last 12 months (or so) that's increased the market cap, I'm waiting for them to make sales = money in the bank and a rising sp - remember 8 months ago the sp was in the high 80"s it is now stuck at 60p if that's progress, I'm a chinaman.

You need to look further than the end of your nose, property is a rare commodity on a small island like the U.K.
In 10 years time the property values will buy a lot more shares in a buy back than they would today.

Yesterday AFC had a decent day and ITM & CERES had an even better day. Today the market is shot, AFC have given up most of yesterday’s gain, whilst the other two have risen further - rather disappointing, suppose the difference is the other two are commercial, whilst AFC continue to pretend.

Todays news has not gone down well, and following the earlier leaked fund raise its not been a good 2021 for JOG. The wait for better news goes on, the oil is still there, but we appear to be on the back foot. Dick, what's you view on todays news.

Clearly all your comments are just your opinion, which you are entitled to. I too feel the directors should not have increased their salaries when they did, however in their defence they have stumped up substantial amounts of their hard earned and they further invested in the latest fund raise. This to me indicates they have total belief in the project. The outcome will become clearer in the coming months.
