Clearly Jansen has dealt big, but outside of a closed period. The attempt to sell or partner with another re BT Sport is in the public domain, this could be big for BT. The important bit is that Jansen is not a short term investor. If he succeeds in turning BT around, whether it be by selling or splitting off Openreach or selling/merging the whole company he’s going to make a lot of money out of this. The sector is in bull territory.

Your understanding is 100% correct. Investments in an ISA or otherwise do not fall into the £85k protection category. If an investment becomes worthless you lose the lot.

I had noticed the transfer to ISA trade, it was the 25000 deal I was commenting on. LT is a recent appointment, good to see him getting involved. Directors also dipped in further in the recent fund raise, all positive signs. Hope your feeling better and keeping your spirits up.

An article today, reports that fuel consumption in the UK this past week recovered to a level last seen pre COVID-19 and says that this trend is also being witnessed in other high vaccinated countries, particularly the US.
The expectation for a recovery in consumption has banks including Citigroup Inc, Goldman Sachs Group Inc and UBS Group AG calling for higher oil prices in the coming months.
These conditions can only help JOG in the Farm Out process.

In my opinion JOG is not a good choice for traders, they are looking for quick in and out profits for which there are numerous better opportunities in the market,

I bought in here in May at just under 50p and so far very glad I did. One of the only shares in my portfolio currently not only in the green but rising.
We all know what JOG are attempting to do (anyone who is unaware should not be invested) and in the very recent past the share price has been above 250p. You are considering selling as we sit at 162p. That will give you a very healthy profit, no investment is guaranteed to pay out. Personally I think the BOD will deliver, probably within the next 7 months.

Multiple contracts and sale must be forthcoming before the investor day, otherwise it will just reported they are receiving lots of enquires, these don't drive the sp or the business forward.

AFC drop when they drop but do not participate when they fly, rather strange.

Hydrogen power specialist AFC Energy said that Swiss engineering group ABB has agreed to make a strategic investment and strengthen its corporate partnership with the aim of tapping the global datacentre market. ABB will invest £3.25m into AFC Energy by way of a subscription to new shares to build on a fuel-cell partnership announced in December. In addition, AFC Energy will also raise £1.5m with a share sale to Dutco, the Dubai-based engineer, with whom it signed a manufacturing agreement in November.
