Good article, but I think the distance covered is not feasible it equates to each vehicle doing 416k miles each year or 1,141 miles a day the driver would be knackered.

The company is building a new water-to-hydrogen plant in Germany, and this is no demo project. The aim is to churn out enough renewable H2 to drive a fleet of 600 fuel cell buses a total of almost 250 million miles yearly.

This is my first Chairman’s Statement for AFC Energy, and I am delighted to have joined the Company at this critical point in its history. Three years ago, AFC Energy outlined a plan that would take the Company’s technology out of the lab and begin the transition into commercial production.

I think the participants of Ex E are travelling on St Helena. It has over 100 cabins.
Good point, however non of them will be travelling with any insurance and should the worst happen COVID or otherwise the ship will be turned away from any port it may wish to dock at. Why do you think worldwide cruising is suspended companies are desperate to get back to business.

Haggis - it’s official your now an expert on governmental pandemic decisions. What insurance cover may be available, the event expects participants etc from all over the world. A bit similar to the Olyimpics which are currently under review and fully expected to be cancelled.
You cannot be an expert in all things and get rude and upset when someone says what you don’t like. Cheer up, a delay would not be the end of the world, just slower progress.

COVID restrictions on world travel could lead to this being cancelled or delayed further, not good news for AFC and Lewis.

I think you are the correct person to answer this. In past RSN"s there are comments like "future customer demand with first fabricated units expected in Q1 2021". Does that time line refer to the AFC financial quarter (ie Q1 ends 31/1/21) or calendar Q1 (ie Q1 end 31/3/21)
