RE: What next25 Oct 2023 11:02
Oddly enough this is quite an illiquid stock which is seen by rapid movement both up & down, stocks like this attract traders as obviously they can make money easily in a short time scale.
The fundamentals however are getting much stronger, the stock has fallen to extremely low levels against the NPV, of course, without the licenses, the market had almost written the Company off.
Now though, a strong recovery is possible, starting with the re-issuing of the licenses, the MOU was extended and in fact, put in place without the licenses, such was the belief by the Company that they would overturn the cancellation.
With a JV partner sitting in the wings, the formalisation of which will underpin the entire project.
SL stand to earn $100M in hard currency out of the project plus hundreds of jobs.
So, yes, this will get traded, it will bounce about, but the trend should continue up with each positive announcement towards mine completion.
12 months isn’t long, and there is potentially huge upside when the resource is expanded.
