My view is that the reinstatement of the IML’s will re-rate the stock to settle between 12 & 15p.

This is based on the fact that the SP was 12p before the licenses were illegally rescinded, but there will be further momentum as there is so much renewed positivity regarding the Company.

The fact that it’s already been stated that the Companies relationship with their potential JV partner is excellent and they have announced an agreement extension of the MOU until December 2023 will help stabilise the SP around these levels, any MM manipulation and the dips will be bought into.

The next big uplift in Value will be a formal announcement of the JV and the terms. This will be announced fairly quickly following the reinstatement of the IML’s, within 4 -6 weeks I would think.

It’s in everyone’s interests to get this mine built and the really exciting fact is that our CEO, Greg Martyr is confident we could be operational within 12 months.

From an investor perspective This is significant as it will maintain momentum & interest in the stock as the time Horizon is short.

Newsflow will be regular, and once the build starts we will also have a further resource update, drilling deeper than 3m and the NPV could rise significantly, this was mentioned in the interview, “significant upside potential’.

There will be a need to raise Capital at some point, this is one reason for being listed, but I think we have a smart Board and Solid CEO that will do this when the time is right, and help underpin our investment here.

I’m here for the next 12 months at least, my biggest gains ( Mortgage paid off type gains) have come from holding decent amounts of stock for reasonable periods.

Well, he has a degree in Law, practiced as a lawyer and presumably upholds the rule of law, which has recently prevailed in this case.

“Purview” - “ such a case might be within the purview of the legislation”.

He’s going to put his weight behind this, there has been a clear injustice, which is in the process of being put right.

Risk reward.

Are the licenses going to be re-instated? If so stock could be worth 50p plus within 6 months, maybe the market will look forward and like the story, and prospects, and it could be 3 months for a massive re-rate.

The reissuing of the licenses will put SL on the Map, for righting an injustice, the rule of law has prevailed and that sets the correct tone to encourage others to invest in the Country.

Risk Reward.

Wait and see, and invest if it’s confirmed, CMET are re-awarded their original licenses, having already invested $11Million in exploration in the Country.

Waiting May mean paying, what, 15p, 20p, more?

Investors will weigh this up, some will hedge, buy some now and wait to invest more on confirmation, some will wait, others will take the risk, and reap potentially big rewards. Just depends on one’s appetite for risk.

Seems the market likes the likelihood of re-issuing.

When you’ve got the serious potential of a very valuable mine going into production within 12 months with a NPV of $250M plus, and a potential SP of 70p, there’s going to be a lot of buying pressure over the Coming weeks & months.

I see 15- 20p on the reinstatement of the licences.

35p on signing of the JV.

Market likes the interview it seems.

The key is to accumulate a good holding in your ISA, as stated in the interview, the Company could be in production in 12 months.

They didn’t fire the bent minister for no reason.

Wait a little while for this excellent interview to circulate.

I’m very impressed with the positivity from Greg, ‘it’s been a very difficult 12 months, but onwards and upwards from here’.

Think about this, SL want investment, they’ve even employed someone to fly around the World showcasing the Country as open for business, and very keen for investment.

Meanwhile, here’s a Company that’s already spent $11 Million in exploration & development activities in SL and have signed an MOU for an offtake agreement with a $5.9 Billion Company.

It’s there, waiting to start a huge further investment that could be in production in 2024.

If you were now chief decision maker ( having fired the person that rescinded the original licences) it’s a pretty straightforward decision.

And imagine the accolades and press coverage.

Great turnaround story.

Corruption is prevalent in every Government throughout the World at some level.

What is encouraging here is that they’ve rooted out the worst offenders and are setting themselves a more rigorous standard throughout the departments.

It has cost CMET a lot of time & money, and whilst I don’t think they’ll necessarily be compensated due to a lack of funds, I believe this is sufficiently embarrassing that when the licenses are reinstated, a favourable tax regime will be applied to The Company for a period of time.

Certainly there could be considerable upside for The Company as a result.

There’s also are $5.9Billion Company waiting in the wings to invest, signed up and keen to get on with the job.

The MM’s seemed to control this very well for most of the day, only letting it move in the last 45 mins.

If there isn’t an announcement tomorrow regarding the Licenses then I think positions will be taken before close, ready for next week.

Either way, buying pressure back on, and I will add further, having already built a significant position.

Didn’t get them at 1p but feel very comfortable buying lots at 3p and more.

You will not have access to any more information than any of us, but would you not think that The Secretary of The Ministry of Environment would be working extremely hard to re-instate these licenses prior to the Country’s First International Mineral & Mining Conference at the end of next week?

And Secondly, I value your opinion on the potential of this Stock once the licenses are reinstated and considering the quality of the offtake MOU with LB Group.

I also note that CMET have multiple pending applications for additional IML’s relating to the project.
