Might also be worth reminding oneself that this is one of the highest grade mineral sands project globally.

And LB Group is The Worlds leading manufacturer of high performance titanium dioxide pigments & sponge.

This partnership is not priced in at all, but when the Joint Venture is signed, and they are prepared to fund the whole project to production, as stated by RNS, I suspect the market will become rather interested.

Look at the details of the MOU.

CMet/LB Group could only sign an MOU as at the time the licenses had been pulled.

LB Group want all the product and will invest accordingly.

Once the licenses are officially re-issued, the Port lease Granted & the JV signed I’ll be interested to see where the share price finds itself.

yes I’ll stay put here, I’ve just put it on the back burner and got over my irritation.

As the saying goes, ‘Don’t fall in love with a Share’.

I’ve plopped a chunk into Cmet, bought several million shares to start off with.

We’re all here to try and make a few Bob.

There’s a lot of work to do, but some key elements are lining up, might be worth a little research.

Potential JV, £81M input and a mine up and running in 12 months. Titanium Dioxide, not Diamonds though.

Don’t shoot the messenger, I’ve made some good money via cross board tips.

Feels like proper potential, with proper numbers.

Think KDR may prosper, but it needs a big partner, or announcement of one, and proper funding.

There are always opportunities in any market, as Mr Buffett said, ‘Investing is simple, but it’s not easy’.

Bigger buys coming in, about to move.

250k delayed buy at 2.7p just printed.

Another 100K at 2.62p, showing as a sell.

My view is that the market is expecting a placing as it’s known the Company will need to raise some funds.

So, everyday that there isn’t news on this the market is ‘feeling’ for the placing price, last time they were forced to raise at 1p as they were out of cash, had legal cases to support and were fighting to get the licences back.

However, Greg also knows that when the licences were in place the SP was 8p, and that was without the MOU, so they will find short term funding elsewhere (he mentioned they had funding options) until the SP is more representative of the value here, existing institutional investors are going to be extremely interested, especially when the JV is signed.

He said in the recent interview that 20p was undervalued so now momentum is building again any placing will come at a much higher SP, reducing dilution unnecessarily.

I would recommend that we’ll get an announcement of re-issuing of licenses fairly soon, followed by Port lease update & JV discussions.
