This Company doesn’t actually do anything, the share Price here is already way too high, what value is there?

CatchAR……,they have 8, yes EIGHT clients. Probably family members.

Yoonique, the US/Canadian AI firm is advertising for partners on their website, RC365 have signed up, but I doubt they have the funds to do anything with it.

‘Maid to Maid’ service?

Payment solutions? They don’t really say much about this.

And there are many Established Companies already offering excellent payment solutions.

I note an ‘algobot’ trading rhythm here, lots of automated small trades on open to elevate the SP, retail buyers jump in, then chunkier sells bring it down. Rinse & repeat.

The problem here is that The Company doesn’t appear to be doing anything much at all.

It’s signed a deal with a US/Canadian Company called YouneeqAI for the UK and potentially other territories.

Go on YouneeqAI’s website and they’re looking for ‘dealers’ to expand their offering, so hardly any sort of coup.

Rc365 offer a ‘Maid Matching service’.

Payments solutions, which all sounds pretty woolly.

CatchAR ……currently has, wait for it, 8 clients using it.

Wow, 8 clients.

Just have a good look at their website and you’ve got to wonder how this even manages its current valuation.

Theory.

Someone has been accumulating here steadily over the last few weeks. Odd numbers to avoid ‘block buyer’ syndrome.

But kind of circa the £5K area.

They note the SP is about to spike as more buyers have arrived, and we’ve had no sellers.

They plop in a nice round 350K share sell and keep the SP steady.

Stock cools.

Then they continue adding slowly, not spiking the price. Keep adding in the 4’s…….

Yes, the 350K share sell, probably placed mid morning but printed late, enabled canny buyers to pick stock up for 4.88p.

Early buys paid 5.19p and without the placed sell this would have ticked up fairly quickly from these levels.

The illiquid nature of the stock pulls this easily either way, we need sellers for accumulation to occur, volume to increase and more liquidity.

I’d personally like a bit more selling and the price to retrace as I’m intending to add further, but by the same token I’ve always done well ‘averaging up’, so it makes little difference, especially if a stock is heavily undervalued.

The point is that one accumulates a very reasonable holding, and locks it away in an instrument offering tax free potential.

Once a position is achieved then it’s simply an issue of patience, and belief.

As I mentioned in a previous post, buyers finding their way here very steadily without further updates from the Company, everyone holding tight and the share price pretty much rising on every buy.

Yes it’s slow going but we’re back under 500K traded per day, so we must be patient.

I’ve noticed a few micro caps ‘busting out’, one little energy Company 5 bagging in as many weeks.

Karelian are sitting on potentially hugely valuable resources, let’s see how much longer we languish…..before it’s our turn to ‘bust out’.

It will be interesting to see how the Company manage the newsflow once proper value starts to be realised here.

This is ready to move up a fair bit again.

Yes I agree, all circa £5K, I’ve noticed them steadily going through, carefully, 1 or 2 over most sessions, but not quite enough to spike the price.

Someone knows how to build carefully here.

End of next week will see me in significant funds so I’m hoping these are still under 5p!!!

I don’t see that anyone is selling. Some loose change maybe, but we’ve seen steady reasonable buying over a number of sessions.

I suspect to the point that the next few buys will move this upward in short order.

Many millions held by a few regular holders here, held very tightly.

Interesting that The BoD remains silent, but NI copper tweets abound.

CIZ was nearly 5p in Jan 2022 & just under 5p in Jan 2023.

Another few buys and this will tick up, those waiting for a dip will be tempted to buy before it moves up, and it moves fast.

The Board are aware of the Illiquid nature of this stock and they will let it climb to a more realistic value before the drip feed of news begins.

It’s easy to appreciate that the Company has a lot of assets, and if one remembers that Lahtojoki has a 2017 PEA of 2.25M Carats recoverable with a gross value of USD 225M (before Argyle Mine closed and “Pinks” have appreciated immensely).

First Equity, an Analyst, ( information taken from KDR website under ‘News’ Analyst Coverage) target on just this ONE asset is 35p and this is based on valuations now 6 years old.

35p Target on just Lahtokoki.

Now, we have Regular Tweets from the Company on NI Copper/Nickel deposits following an RNS on 26th July 2023 outlining that mineralisation is similar to those “hosting the world class Noril’sk Nickel-Copper platinum deposit in Russia” ……..

When a Company has already made numerous announcements over the years and accumulated a substantial portfolio of highly valuable assets why the rush to announce anything further, with a currently very unrepresentative MCap.

The Board know what they are sitting on, but the market isn’t convinced.

Buyers will make their way here under their own steam, as the Professor explained before, “sometimes it takes along time for the market to catch on, but then it can happen very quickly”…….
