Cardinal, my email went out at 09:59 hrs. So they must received both of them around the same time and I'm sure that others also alerted them.

Cardinal, I'm impressed that instead of sending an email to us: "thank you for your email....bladibladibla..." they didn't waste any time and went straight to work with the issue. Well done, Amigo :-)

They started their replied two hours ago. To each complainant individually. Doesn't look like a lot of copy and paste to me.

salmac, I feel the problem is that they might not not have been able to repay, but that a lot of them never had any intention to do so. Ever been on youtube and watched videos about how some of these customers act on the phone? There is even one where a customer went to an Amigo office and the police had to get called.

Btw, have I ever told you, that two of the most common Surnames in Germany are 'Fuchs' and '****z'? :D Not kidding :D and they are pronounced exactly as you think they are :-)

My pleasure, Schalf and the unwanted attention is not a problem for me. I just couldn't be bothered to read a quick Email and apply any specific literary style to it :-) . I just came shooting from my fingers to the keyboard in a speed of 300 keys per minute :-) . Which isn't bad - considering :-) Anyway, as her nickname states that she is a grandmother, let me say this:
I have three grandchildren and if I was trolling around the internet correcting the English or German (which I'd be much in doing ;-) ) of other people, they'd be ashamed to be my grandchildren. For they can't stand it when somebody puts somebody else down for no apparent reason. Especially on the internet, as you never really know who you are communicating with. It could be somebody who really has a huge package to carry and posts like hers could lead to devastating consequences.

LOL, Franky :D I'm not suffering from Lockdown Syndrom, I haven't been a teacher either, who is seemingly missing putting her pupils down ;)

I have an email to a Steve K. one of their Ops Managers:

here a quick message to inform you that the website "Trust Pilot" is being used to influence votes regarding the solution for Amigo Loans. As a shareholder, I find such ongoings unacceptable and unfair. Perhaps there is something that can be done about this? Also, this Sarah from Debt Camel continues to misinform people. This is also something that will have to stop. These times are very taxing and unnerving for us shareholders and it would be great if Amigo could do something to stop these ongoings. thaw, Jimmy is doing that on purpose. He hopes to cause sales and a drop in the SP. The bile he spouts out about the share is bordering false information.

Just because somebody appears on the BBC on more or less regular intervals doesn't mean that they have a good influence. The track record of the BBC giving a voice and even platforms to in the past, is quite shocking, actually.
