LTHcine, yes I do, top right and on the left and that with activated AdBlock :-) I can live with that, but sometimes it gets really gross. Sometimes they show ads of huge bazookas which are distasteful, but most disgusting once are the ones about earwax. They want to make me throw up. I am surprised that LSE tolerates showing off what apparently comes from within a human ear. For one person who posts on here, I wish he had that much in between his ears, because then he'd stay away :-)

The future for Amigo must be looking great. Instead of advertisements I usually get here on LSE, which range from cheap tops and dresses up to ergonomic footwear for the elderly, including toe stretchers, suddenly I get ads for Wagyu Beef :-) This must be a sign ;)

Oh don't worry, thaw, I'm not reading certain comments in here, if that's what you mean :-) only saying that this is my strategy and safety net. I never sell totally out, unless I realise a share is a complete pile of scrap and even then I'd try to buy below my current average to raise my loss when the share briefly rises again, if you understand what I mean. I do do partial sell offs, to avoid killing off my lowest point of purchase and that way I control my weighted average. This time, though, I'd make that decision completely on my own merit and without considering the opinions of who is not invested, but has obviously been sent here to cause confusion.

I might sell half or maybe even two third before Friday, when I feel the peak for now is reached, but I won't sell totally out, so I don't screw my average when I later decide to buy back more back and there isn't a significant drop in SP. That way I can still buy more on a gradually increasing share, even thought I'd then look out for the shorter dips, meaning, I'd log a price-buy.

LongTermLover, there may not be a dip so deep to make it worth while. I was briefly considering the same on Friday, but decided against it. Instead, I loosened up some funds to buy into a dip. This hopefully will then result in my average getting back on track, after I fell the doom and gloom stories of a certain person in here, who, thankfully, so far has not commented on the current situation, which is complicated enough without his outsider input.

I'm thinking of the many small businesses that have been running on their last leg for months due to Cov and the investment of Bybrook came at a time, when govs are beginning to run out of ideas to make the lockdown plausible and vaccines are being rolled out. These small businesses need some extra help/loans to get back up and running again and I feel this could be one of the new products mentioned by Amigo, but Amigo will also need to funds. I am completely speculating and some might even call it dreaming, but to me this is all completely logical :-)

Anon.y.mouse, a take-over was the first thing that went through my head. The second thing that jumped into my mind was, that this could be part of the often mentioned mysterious Plan B, in case Plan A runs the slightest risk to fail. We also know that Amigo has observed the Camel Herders for quite some time and I am quite certain they also read in here to see what shareholders discuss and Bybrook will have done the same and set their analysts to work. The decision to buy such a large chunk will not have been a decision that they pulled out of a hat on the basis of luck. There is a bigger plan behind this. Perhaps even a global expansion of the Amigo Way.

I'm so much more positive, after you guys deciphered the developements. They seem to be written by lawyers and that is a language on its own. I'm ready for dips and loaded my account to buy into them. But the situation needs observing stringently, so I also loaded up on desk-food :-)

Thaw, thank you so much, now I finally begin to get it. From where I look at it, all is positive, still risky, but much more positive than it has been for months. Perhaps this is Plan B? :-)

"Bybrook is a turnaround and growth investor ..." I like that. Now I feel Bybrook is here to stay and perhaps they buy even more shares next week to strengthen their position.

So if if Amigo goes down, it wouldn't affect them, because they own the debt, which the Amigo clients would have to pay off and all claims would be written off, meaning that no claimant would anything? And they do have voting rights, because they bought shares?
