HeresHoping, that's an extra pay ;-) used to be compulsory in Germany that certain companies paid that. Long time ago. Before the current trained communist took over around 16 years ago ;)

I had a company like that, viking. It was called Mannesmann. Even though I 'only' worked in the office, import/export logistics, I was paid under the steel worker tariff, which meant 14 months wages, plus holiday- and christmas gratification. It was bliss to work for them :-)

Not sure where you live, viking, but where I am it's all open again. With common sense, but open. Had my first walk on the beach in a year this morning :-)

It'll be fine.
