Crypto, yes, you're right. Otherwise it would look like an ad.
JamesDean, three things: I have plenty of time for a lot of things. How many opinions I have is none of your business. Strange statement that you pipe up as a first post.
Oh my word. The video is shockingly bad. What is the message? "Vote yes or somebody else will decide for you, but you can still forward a claim" What??? Why not take the chance and use one or two numerical examples that will blow the camel out of the desert?
And btw... all that talk about the 'danger of Camel Lady' was completely counter-productive. She reads in here, too, you know ;)
CT, at least you haven't been taken over :-) I read through here yesterday and today and it felt a bit like the movie about the Body Snatchers :-)
Typical! The Stock Exchange is closed for four days and the doubt nibbles away attracting the derampers, who...of course.. after having spread doom and gloom for weeks and months, now pretend to lift Amigo into the ranks of being 'a traders dream'. Has it ever crossed anyone mind that Amigo 2.0 may have already started?
Yes, Jim, it is
StevePR, I couldn't have done better. I'm already in profit. What comes now is either a huge profit or a small one, but a profit nonetheless ;-)
Ah... ok... I just for some reason remembered your name with 'Clown' but it was a busy day, so I never knew who you addressed. My husband and I are already retired. He, because he got de-commissioned :-) (I like to tell him that...makes a soldier keep fit ;-) ) and we both together because of investing. Not rich, but comfortable. I've started investing again last year, because I wanted to prove to him and our children that's it's still possible. So far I am doing better than I expected, so my plan is now to set up our children and become rich in the process.
StevePR, who did you mean when you wrote 'Clown'? Just out of interest.
And the fact that most capitalists and people that are better off than others have been working their bums off for what they have achieved, pay taxes and employ people who pay taxes, completely passes past their brains.
Clintek, imo the woman lives in the land of Marxist Leftists: "Capitalism is evil and needs destroyed, so we can all share everything of nothing" ;-)
I'm asking that, because some people have to buy a car on finance, otherwise they wouldn't be able to work. Just saying ;)
So Amigo is 3.5k outside of what she feels is right, if the loan gets paid back over the contractual life span and doesn't get settled sooner. Has she ever bought a car on finance? :-)
I have question. In an interview Sara said this: " If you borrow money you should never have to repay more in interest and charges than you borrowed." To repay the loan, plus interest for the loan, plus charges is over 100% or not? How much interest does Amigo charge? For those who want to read the interview, here is the link:

Could the author of these books be the same Sara Williams? The keywords in the link also contain 'Blogs'

LTH, she set up Debt Camel in 2013. That's not that long ago, really. https://debtcamel.co.uk/about/
Perhaps she is not working on the side of those who think she works for them.
gruntie... what a great way to explain it like that through fishing and that on Good Friday ;-) But you are right. The majority tick like that, a minority uses sub-prime lenders for small bridge loans that banks are not interested in processing.
craigyboy, in what you wrote, is actually a very good point hidden. Namely, the fact, that investing money one never thought of coming by anyway and which is therefore not really needed to sustain the household, this could be compensations like in the Amigo case, winnings, inheritance, etc) are the best monies to invest.
