I’ve been very impressed with CINE this week, our sp has had a sustained rise throughout, and the outlook is only looking better and better.

Wondering if I should buy some more shares at the current sp, my avg is 77, might hold out until next week to see what happens…

Bond is going to be amazing lpd, very excited for both the showing itself and the resulting revenue increase we are going to get out of it.

I’ve booked bond for the beginning of October in 4DX, quite excited for it XD

Let’s also face it, the proposed $2.18bn that Cineplex is seeking for (which is nothing but a dream right now), would have been massive for cineworld. Prospective investors would have been staying away whilst the potential outcome of the court case was unclear. Now that it is evident that we stand a good chance of leaving with no major damages (maybe even a counter-claim), people are trying to get in before the massive rise. The court case still has a month to go, if we keep our fantastic performance as this progresses, 68p/share will look like a massive bargain in a month’s time.

Good morning to you also latpulldown, I absolutely agree. I would really like to see a trading update after the first week of Bond, that would really spur up the markets. All in all, I think we are in a good position so far with regard to the Q4 film slate and the court case, so far no major cancellations for films except TopGun, of which someone pointed out that it may have been cancelled due to the political climate at the time.

Nevertheless, we also have Spider-Man out at the end of Q4 which will be massive as well imo. The trailer got millions of views within hours. Very happy to be invested so far, especially with our 13% rise over the past week.

Airlines and travel in general, which we’re usually grouped with, are all down today but we are up and flying.

I think the market is taking confidence with our performance in court so far.

Today’s court case is seeming very juicy indeed, I had something come up in the afternoon and I’m not able to watch right now :/

Thankfully will be free at that time PW, so will be able to watch it more in-depth this time round. Our lawyers are really doing well in my opinion. I am also excited to see an executive or two from cineworld to testify, I’m sure we can do a better job than the cineplex witnesses are doing.

Once Bond is released and we have the first week of sales in, I think it’s in good order that we have a Trading Update highlighting just how well it’s done. That sort of news would surely increase the sp, shake up the shorters a bit, and I think it will provide us with further momentum to propel us forward.

Very excited to see how we perform tomorrow, FedEx results just out and they are well and truly crap. Planning to sell the few shares I have there at a small loss and to use that to top up CINE. We are just getting started imo, court is also back in session tomorrow so one step closer to getting cineplex out of the way.

Hello all, very happy to see CINE high in the green today.

In my own opinion, I think this shows that potential investors are looking at this court case very closely. I remember the first day of court, we did quite well and the sp rose the day after and Cineplex’s fell. Anyone who watched the court case yesterday will know how well we stood our ground, and I think that is one major explanation regarding our fantastic rise today. And surprise surprise, barely nobody on the Cineplex bb is talking about the court case today!

Now that the American markets have opened, we can see that the Cineplex sp has also increased slightly; no where near our level of increase, so I think that potential investors are beginning to see hope in our case.

Hello Bonkers, I hope you’re having a great Monday. Indeed, the circa 60 sp is not good and is not good progress. When I was referring to the good progress, I was referring to how this stock is now following the general trend of the market. Before, we used to be down no matter whether the markets were up or down themselves.

Nevertheless, I am very hopeful for a rise to the 80s again, hopefully we get there soon!

Take a look at the US pre-market, it’s all red. Perhaps the day I increase some positions in my portfolio, but note that the CINE drop today is market related.

I must say, we’ve made good progress from the days when the markets were green and CINE was in the red always. At least now we’re reacting in line with the markets. Once Evergrande is dealt with and COVID fears settle I think we’re going to see the markets flying again hopefully.
