OK, have red the RNS. NCYT bought the ID business from OD.
That is the end of it. OD decided to focus on the allergy and food tolerance business. No further involvement between the companies after the sale of said ID business.
How that would lead to speculation of a take over is beyond me.

Tom, It's all very exciting but I think II will only come in after the MRE has been published. I think we're expecting too much too soon here. It takes time and it's great that NC do this, but just a couple of months more is all it takes.

GKB, I read that completely the opposite.

Atlas have indicated they will elect (The Election) to extend the Zimbabwe bonds payback period. They did not elect to convert them. Which is a good point as it will give VAST more time to repay. As I understand it they will have to make that election before the issuing of the second tranche.

Text from the October 24 2019 RNS.
• At any time prior to the Second Issuance Date, Atlas may elect in respect of the Bonds to be issued on the Second, Third and Fourth Issuance Dates (the “Zimbabwe Bonds”) that the non-conversion period in respect of the Zimbabwe Bonds be extended to 12 months from the Second issuance Date. Atlas has already given the Company their intent to make the Election.

Sandy, you mistake my scepticism of VAST and it's promises in communication (even open) with criticising you and Fantasy. I have learned many moons ago not to take for granted what posters write but only to go on RNS'ed information.

GKB, that is how I read it too. The Election had been made on the Zimbabwe bonds, not on the BP bonds, which essentially means that the BP bonds have to be paid back in time, which is before end of July 2020. Otherwise Atlas can convert.
Sandy and Fantasy tell us they have feedback from the company that that is only on 10% conversion per month. In fact, as long as the company doesn't clarify thsi in documentation we can actually verify that is just Sandy and fantasy's views.

Ok, so this test is £3 cheaper per test then what I have seen quoted on here so far. That must be a massive discount.. Why?

It would have been good if that was made more clear in the RNS on the 24th of October last year but this will suffice.
