I'm afraid Iglu, I side with GKB on this. Having watched the podcast it reminded me of the many, many ramping podcasts AP has done in the past and where there was always a very good reason to do yet another raise or that we would be in production soon, or imminent I think was his favourite word.
Believe all you want but I remain sceptic until I see results, and putting in some equipment is not a result.
Raising yet another last minute large sum (to improve finance conditions through potential 'investing 'institutions' (heard that one before as well)) is not supportive of the trust damage AP has done over the years. It shows total lack of planning and strategy.

The also stated they will do a USD 1.3 bln placing....

I don't see any confidence in that apart that he doesn't see it fall past 0.15 from here.
What a continued joke. AP delivers jet another kick in the teeth to PI, this time under cover of doing work on drilling for a potential refinancing. Heard it all before I'm afraid.

Really, that is the answer you chose to give? "Saving money." The global economy is in dire straits and you believe saving money will be the driver to stop testing and just hand out vaccines, even if there was one and in decent quantities. You do realise that until we have a couple of billion vaccines there is no substitute for testing to get people to work again right?

Sarah, I doubt it will go up by 50% on Monday. It may go up it may not. There is just too much history here and we all know which history I mean.
However, the grade conformation RNSes are good news and more like a basis in my view on which we can rebuild some form of trust. It will take time.

Sharehunter, that is a bit naïve isn't it. Just have a look at the month graph and you will see it dipped to 2.7! It's a volatile share even though it has been relatively stable for a week or so. The trajectory is up, very clearly.

I asked the same this morning. I can't for the life of me understand why they wouldn't report the OEM and what the cooperation of or isn't for. What is the secret about? NDA is not an answer. If there is trade involved of any kind it will have to be reported in financial figures. They can't state X revenues from y but we don't say who y is...

What some fail to understand is that medicine and vaccines are not going to replace testing. We will have to keep testing for viruses like these, there is no two ways about it as the world cannot have this economic disaster again.
So, in the future expect testing, not only for this virus but also more general. That is the only way to prevent an occurrence like this.

The consequence of this conclusion is also that the testing for Corona viruses will keep going for quite some time. Why would you give anyone medicine when they are not tested? Why would you not test broad when you have a vaccine against a certain strain? It makes no sense as you could be giving vaccine for the wrong strain due to mutation. We have been too complacent with these viruses in this global economy for far too long.

After al, this Covid-19 is more contagious than the normal flue. Not stating anything bout the efficacy mind!

So Abbott may be in trouble. At least questions have been raised about false negatives and checks have to be done.
Korean firm Osang in Bloomberg news stating they can ramp up to provide 100 mln tests to USA this year. Article only states tests, not what tests but it reads like tests to check if you have the virus. They have already sold 10mln tests to the USA since march this year! Clearly the USA is happy to buy overseas made product.

Isn't it time our USA OEM partner is revealed, bringing us into the limelight in the USA??

Although down in France as well, the buys outstrip the sells so also in France confidence. Been here before with this share.
