Interesting to read all the positive response to the RNS today. I'm more mixed this time.
Yes NC are still drilling at HAV which is good and they should be fine to continue.
However, GGP delayed on SW (no surprise there) which I think could last longer than everyone expects. I relate this to the Indigenous clearing activities that still have to happen as Chart told us these communities are protected as in NC NT mining area. Think I understood his message correct there.
Core results will not be seen until 30 April NC quarterly report so we are entering a quiet time for news in a market which is in turmoil.
I can't see it rise much from here. Not saying it will drop much either but am now on the short term cautious side. Long term very clear though so for me it's a matter of sitting tight.

I can't see them taking over without any core results on SW though. Couple of good holes should do it IF that is what they would do.

Please make sure you understand what drives this. This has nothing to do with the current market. It is a result from changes that started in 2013. Until then ABN delivered this investment product through Deutsche bank where the investor could actually get the physical gold. They could not continue so ABN changed to UBS to provide. At UBS it was impossible for customers to demand the physical product so ABN had to comply with more complex regulations.

Due to increased complexity of regulations for gold investment and the limited amount of accounts that were held (only 2000) ABN decided to terminate the service.

So, nothing to do with the current market.

I have been trying to figure out why LSE performance is so much worse than in the weeks up to last week when the interruptions started. Surely this cannot be technical otherwise it would the whole day, especially in the morning when the markets start. I can only come to one conclusion. Business.

By not reporting any share prices and trades after about 12.30 almost every single day (apart from today when they are 'only' 2 hours behind) they are incentivising people to buy into the additional cost trading tools like L2. In this time of uncertainty there are no other easy platforms to use really that give this info to the same extent for free.
One I use these days on advise of Yorkshire life is Webull app. It takes some getting used to but it does stay close to the actual prices which I track (quite laboriously by the way) on Barclays. It does not give any trades though.

I can't but conclude that drill right there is a massive positive. There is no other explanation to drill so far out than that they expect something there. And if they DO find it.... my goodness, mind boggling.

PG, yes indeed and I understand that. But that location is not just based on the extension of the horse shoe 'figure' one car draw. That location was picked based on information IN that location. They could have picked a location half the distance but didn't. Something pointed them to drill right there. What is that information I guess is what I am after.

PG, I think the key question is not WHY they stepped out, but why did they drill exactly there. What have they seen to decide to put the drill in that location? Is it the horse shoe as you indicated. Is it something else.

This is not a random place and therefore, the fact they put the drill there should mean they expect to find something there, either based on the magnetics or some other earlier indicator.

It will definitely NOT be the random hope to miss gold in the drill cores to find the edge.
