Tigger, why is that. Even when these dimensions were initially used I already pointed out that HAD023 was a further 200m out on that 150m width. The dimensions you quote are months old and therfore totally out of date. With 8 rigs drilling on 24/7basis the knowledge is very,very much further developed than it was at that dimension time you just quoted.
They could very well have enough info to announce said size, but given the development and time used would be very surprised they could actually give an MRE of any size yet. Things to do and processes to follow.
Guess we will hear more good news sooner rather than later.

European regulators have lowered the notification threshold for short selling position to 0.1% from 0.2% for the duration of 3 months.
At least it is a step in the right direction but why not ban it altogether in this crazy market. The economy needs all the support it can to stay afloat and still this disgraceful practise can continue.

Aurora, how on earth can you say that. The only thing you can compare is the breakeven price to get oil out of the ground. The breakeven for economies also has to take into account the amount of oil you produce. SA can produce a lot more than Russia.
It makes quite the difference if you pull a couple of million barrels of oil more out of the ground at USD8ppbl.

Now I really hope they do settle but I have no expectation that SA will feel forced to give in to Russia, quite the opposite.

It tells us they US government is serious about their support. Nowhere did they say to expect to lose the lot. All they have to do is to give confidence and people can stop selling, because others are selling. That is exactly what they did.
This is not a message to the US. It is a message to the world, and a strong one.

There is no way this SP is down just on market sentiment. There are much worse shares that are down less than half of us and some are even up. This is (again) being played with. Many more buys than sells.

The gold is there, we know that for a fact.
