Exactly roger65. I agree, £4 per share is way too cheap! Ridiculous.

Still following this BB after years of pain.
That must be one of the dumbest comments i have ever read anywhere.
Great piece of advice. Just ignore performance of the past and expect brilliance and total truthfulness in the future.
Haha, with AP, you wish.
MS
@Bob,
Think this is the right link.

@Bob, this is not the presentation link but it's a good start.

Shearclass, exactly!
Good suggestion to reread the lumiraDX SPAC presentation.
MS
Of course triumph, whatever.
You're making assumptions about me and what I paid. More nonsense.
Takeover code. Haha. Like that is going to determine what people pay.
Sxx, again nonsense, haha. A mega risky project using technology not tested to such depths and a massive finance required. You compare sxx to ncyt and call me delusional.
Get real and stop the nonsense peddling.
MS
What a loafdof nonsense on this thread.
As if the SP has much to do with it.
If there is an offer for the company at 30% premium to current SP then no-one will accept.
Very simple.
So ANY offer would have to be seriously higher then where we are now otherwise the company will not be sold. There is no way the BoD or PIs or ii would accept.
Just learn the history. How on earth do you think GM is going to accept ANYTHING less than what he paid for just months ago.
He would rather build the company to full value. I'm very sure of that.
Get with the program!
MS
in my view the only reason to bring the reporting forward is because the dispute has been settled. Otherwise I don't see the need nor wish to do so.
And no urracca, I don't think the resolution of the dispute has to be reported immediately because the dispute itself was also not reported immediately.
MS
@Frutsels,
and, as has been outlined on quite a few occasions, that is exactly what seems to happen.
Someone wrote an excellent opinion piece on that a couple of weeks ago. Brilliant read.
Your frustration is EXACTLY what they are after. No definitive news on the sale (as that is what most seem to be expecting, regardless of the great JV news) allows this process to be kept in place.
You watch!
MS
Not sure posted already but nice article. And yes, it's the daily mail but I read everything.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-9690605/ROSS-CLARK-Electric-cars-future-arent-backing-real-green-caars.html
I really liked this bit:
"What fewer people have noticed is that Toyota, the Japanese manufacturer that pioneered hybrid cars in the 2000s, isn't bothering with Britain's market for pure battery-powered cars at all.
Instead, it has put its money behind hydrogen fuel cell technology.
This burns hydrogen to produce electricity, which is used to power the wheels, as in an electric car. It is a very clean technology — its exhaust produces only water vapour.
Yet a hydrogen car can be refilled in five minutes and will travel 300 miles on a full tank. You can, in fact, already buy a hydrogen fuel cell Toyota — but there are only 11 fuel stations offering hydrogen. "
******
Japanese connection all the way, as we see with Tamerlan's appointment.

@Porky
Your part post:
"Further, we are not supporting trade with the USA if they are saying the tests that Innova produce are not fit for purpose and should be immediately "thrown in the trash"
**********
Would that than also mean that the test cannot be manufactured in the US (for export only) and would that then mean that, if the UK gov still wants innova, they have to buy it directly from wuhan, as manufacturing in UK is not available yet?
Would that go down well with the special relation partner....
MS
@Bluelight.
Funny that. I've been thinking the exact same.
One can always hope ;-)
MS
Interestingly Murzy
People keep saying that innova is an US company while it indeed clearly isn't.
It's just a route to sell Chinese products and make it look USA product.
It's been posted here many times now.
Seems like people don't want to see what's in front of them.
MS
@sliotar,
Interesting perspective.
Ask yourself, who wants the 'pressure cooking '?
Nobody apart from PIs who want to get out.
And we have been told many times, we don't control the SP so this will ONLY go at pace when the market controlling forces are ready.
Just ride it out.
Remember, you can't unfind a gold mine!
MS
GFD,
Thanks, I know.
I was pointing out that these processes take a long time, even when putin is supporting it. So our sales process time is nothing out of the ordinary.
MS
Thanks for this CAW1.
This is very interesting to compare with EUA:
The Chernogorskoye field:
The project includes the building of a ore processing plant with 7 million tons capacity per year.
Putin applauded as Bazhaev explained how his company intends to produce an annual 120 tons of palladium at the company’s two license areas in the Taymyr Peninsula.
Ore reserves are estimated to 770 million tons and the production period stretches 55 years into the future.
It took another 1,5 years before the project got the financing needed for development.
Think about that last statement!!! 1.5 years to get finance in place.
So, our EUA projects, where clearly the Russian state is also involved, is very much still well within reasonable ti me frame. Regardless of what all the green boxes keep spouting!
Illegitimi non carborundum!!
MS
@Mooching
What a lovely analogy.
MS
@Sandy ffs Bugler,
Thanks for explaining your moniker. Makes good reading!
MS
Thanks again CAW1. Very useful.
Think I'm starting to get the hang of this now ;-)
MS
@folio,
Is this the pdf you are referring to? This was posted by Mac yesterday.
