@Bamps, i think you are correct. Not only due to the road traffic itself, also because it is not going to be seen as sustainable. And don't forget the weather. Some parts of the year tacking that amount of volume and weight on a track, even if it would be tarmack, is going to be very challenging.
As per earlier discussion, it seems to go in the direction of a rail connection. Suits the other locations as well on the network and will be seen as sustainable.

Why do you say in our sentence that the contour volume indicates 4* size of Hav and in the second sentence you say 'but tempering it a bit.
