If anyone else had a problem with IG saying the participation in an ISA wasn’t allowed …. This has now been resolved following BookBuild getting involved.

I have now had a positive message from IG who can facilitate. So if you are with IG it appears that they are participating.

I’ve just had an answer from IG corporate actions and they’ve confirmed they do not participate in retail offers. Dead end I think

No, the value of the share price increases by the consolidation. So a 6.4p sp in your example becomes 64p on the day of the consolidation.

In my experience this has also happened but I think this is mainly due to being distressed AIM companies who consolidate and raise money.

In theory consolidation should not have any impact but will do if the company does it whilst being in a weaker position. This should not be the case for QED🤞
