Sounds positive but we need to see some positive outcomes from the deckchairs being rearranged. This move was inevitable with JM taking on the CTO position as there are a huge number of overlapping responsibilities with CTO and COO. So it is obvious that the COO role was redundant. Without contracts then this role is pointless so hopefully this is a jigsaw piece finding its home. And could be an indicator that things are close. But then again, this is Quadrise🤞

There is no one, absolutely no one on this public open forum who has any ability to influence the share price. And quite frankly If you have any inkling that what is posted can possibly have a baring on either a positive or a negative influence , then quite frankly you are delusional.

We don’t really know the reason for JM moving to a technical position. It could be that he isn’t very good at the CEO role. I mean most CEOs would have been ousted based on lack of achievements. I mean they can’t even hit a milestone of releasing a video in line with their own guidance.

The market is starting to say that no new isn’t good news.

Re share price dropping below 3.5. I suspect that we may see a falling off from the current level if there is no update from QED by mid June. However, Jason has but 4 working days remaining in the CEO position and I do wonder whether we will get an update on progress before he leaves this role. Ie end of term report.

If so we may get a better view next week.

The only thing we know is that QED were very positive when they needed funds. And the positive update continues to the last shareholder meeting and then radio silence.

Why would they need to RNS? I’m not aware that there was an RNS stating the trial would start in May. We just have a statement on the last company call saying target May. I thought it was just stated officially that the trial would commence in Q2. Happy to stand corrected

Not based on the trades today it isn’t. There’s been about 100k shares traded and 15 trades. There is nothing building yet.

I don’t think QED are priced to fail, but there isn’t sufficient new news to excite the wider market yet. As you say 4 trials primed but no match just yet.

I suspect that once the “material” RNS’ start to land then we’ll see the market wake up.

The volume of trades currently remains fairly static

It’s really simple, the update looks very positive on first reading but there are no tangible dates, nothing that shows significant progress. It’s all a bit vague.

Markets don’t respond well to woolly update. And that is what we’ve seen.

Hopefully QED will provide some RNS in the near future that the market can respond to in a more positive way. But until then, we are likely to tread water
