We should have received commercial revenue in April and this has been pushed to the right and until we get a decent sample the money doesn’t flow. So hardly surprising he’s a bit miffed. Also a good strategy to deflect poor performance on another party.

“He also mentioned he's pleased with the calibre of inverviews that have taken place for the CEO position”. - What else is he going to say?? The $64 million question is do any of the high calibre interviewee want the job?

You previously posted a number of point about how much dilution we have suffered, how much money QED has burned over the last decade and then some and a number of other points regarding poor communication and delivery. I do hope you robustly drove home these questions. These would have been better to focus on as the 3 points you’ve reported are all pretty much what we’ve previously been led to understand/ interpret.

Sorry if this comes across as a bit negative as you should be commended for your initiative and have at least ascertained that the lights are still on.

So I would deduce the following: management have a script that will be trotted out in response to any correspondence. Not earth shattering really.

So they either can’t say anything because they can’t (ie progress is being made but not sufficient for formal notification via RNS) or as Hottie alludes to, no further forward, no progress and therefore nothing to add or report.

I’m sure the board get it already, but if anyone is in doubt they don’t have long to wait before having the opportunity to button hole Andy and Jason at the AGM in the next Quarter.

I’m really not clear what else can be done, with the exception of organising a shareholder group with 5% ownership and requesting an EGM.

Not wishing to be confrontational but what exactly is anyone doing apart from having a winge on an anonymous chat board?

Has anyone put together a bunch of questions that they feel would and should be answered by QED management?

The only thing that I’ve seen are a couple of posters have mentioned they have written and SR posted a reply. I suspect from the reply the gist of the correspondence was mainly regarding the extending timelines and frustration in the lack of shareholder engagement.

Oh Hottie, I think you are inflating your perceived view of yourself. You are putting your own interpretation of the lack of news. You have absolutely no clue what is going on within the company. You may be right but you may be wrong. Either way, you are just guessing and trying to get people to believe you have some insight.

Agreed. However the share price has dropped because there is a lack of news. Actually I wouldn’t frame it as dropped but probably more accurately define it that the value of the company has balanced against its intrinsic current worth. QED is a pre commercial Aim company and news is the only thing that creates value because each piece of news moves the company toward being commercial. With the vacuum of progress the share price is only going to go one way and in all probability will reduce a further 30% in the next 3 months unless Morrison and Miles change the current narrative.

The current share price is probably about right as there are equal buyers and sellers. Tough pill to swallow when we all believed the BS about how close we were to going commercial.

As shareholders we have 3 options: Sell, Hold or Buy.

To put into some perspective. There are about 2billion shares for QED and yesterday we saw 5million traded. And out of the 5million traded about 2.5million were reported as Sells and 2.5 million reported as Buys.

That looks to me like a balanced market and certainly I wouldn’t describe it as shares being dumped. Slightly more activity than the days before, but a pathetic volume really.

Yes the continued vacuum of news is a daily reminder that nothing appears to be happening but we know nothing until we are told and this could be good or bad. We just don’t know.

Vince, why don’t you put your energy into trying to get your concerns in-front of Andy.

We all know the list of projects and things that quietly fell by the wayside.

Blimey Bingo, I do think you’d be better off having a day in the sunshine. With several million in the bank I hardly think anyone would be throwing in the towel just yet. The company remains solvent and as far as we know actively trying to move forward with all of the projects.

As for “there will be no further placements”, well that is patently wrong. Of course there will, this is how non commercial companies pay salaries. And there will always be the begging bowl coming out when needed.

Now, whether PI take part in future raises remains to be seen, but as already mentioned, they have plenty of cash in the bank so this is not something we should see for about 9 - 12 months

I wouldn’t trust googles numbers. Often they seem to be double. According to London Stock Exchange there was a 284k buy at the time. Interesting but there were also about 3x 250k sells today
