So my understanding is they are consolidating the shares @ 200:1 and the nominal value is changing, not the actual value. The value of your holding shouldn't be affected unless the share price drops. After the consolidation it should be 200 x current, e.g. 0.0045 x 200 = 0.9, but you would hold 1/200th of your current amount. The nominal value should have no impact? Am I missing something?
You are correct, and when they survived they got anything they wanted.... here's to a battlefield commission! We need it!
BoD saying no lacing on the cards for a near future. In short, nothing imminent but after that, no idea.
Just did a dummy sell on all my holding with Halifax, no problem. Suggest it is your broker and nothing to do with Noricum as suggested by others.
Indeed, he has LOTS. I am surprised however at how few Greg owns. Forget future options, I mean in the pocket right now....
Questions for Greg on today's podcast. Maybe too late? surveymonkey.co.uk/r/ZKL98XZ
See you all on the new board!
Time will tell, but I have to admit, the BOD has made a couple of strange decisions in the last few weeks. I can only assume, as experienced and educated people, they have a clear plan.... After all, the potential here is enormous and it could move up very high, very quickly.
It's crazy. 40% down over the last few days, and with no 'negative' news. Consolidation should be neutral, but I guess it raises fear of further placings. In short, this is all obvious, and I would (like to) credit the BoD with some common sense and good judgement. In their shoes, I would be either following the consolidation with a very positive RNS the day after, or even just before. Either way, they have a lot of recent options at 0.14, and they won't want to be seeing this go downhill. We need to have a published mining plan and confirmation of JORC. That should see this fly.
In Greg's last interview he suggested six to eight weeks for the next update from recollection. I am hoping for an update about now. Failing that, I am getting my passport and a spade!
Having read my own post, I think I should be clearer. In short, I am expecting a clear plan and commitment to actually start getting some of this ore out of the ground, and I don't want I hear another excuse for not getting the diggers out!
Anyone got a view if we can mine over the winter months, or are we likely to get an RNS saying operations are suspended until spring shortly? Hoping these ex-Soviets are used to it?
If a buyout is on the cards, is that going to be a good thing? Bottom line is I was looking for a decent multi-bagger here, and if it's a buyout, the possibility exists that it could be acquired for less than that? Mind you, they wouldn't offer to buy until we know what's in the ground, and by then it could go into the stratosphere?
Not sure I can explain the drop today following buys over the last couple of weeks, and good news that has come out recently. I realise it's not earth shattering, but down 13% at one point this PM seemed a shakedown to me. I am still hoping to see a decent rise in this shortly, and hoping Greg is going to update us on the plan for Kvemo Bolnisi East Project following August's RNS. News should be about due. Get a plan, and get digging!
Cristal, see if you can buy some tomorrow at 1.49 and pull the price up for us all will you? You are welcome to all of mine at that price! :-)
Any ideas as to why the increase in volume today?
Gut feel, with a flat close, that's a buy.
The 14:45 trade is mine. It's a buy and not a sell for £1,909.
