You’re right... it was the TR1’s I was expecting...
Any idea if he is still involved in any capacity and still a shareholder? He seems to have slipped out of sight, or am I missing important information?
Regarding the ASX share point. I checked with Halifax, and whilst they won’t trade, they will indeed receive. Once transferred to them, they will then hold until I wish to transfer to a broker who can trade. It maybe well understood by those here, but this would at least allow plenty of time to find someone who would trade them from the UK.
To extend the logic... if he grants the licence, and then is subsequently overthrown, would it still be constitutionally binding, and even if it was, honoured? In short, nothing is certain. It is however of real benefit to the country, and economy, so you would have hoped that common sense prevails in any circumstance.
I don't believe your KRS shares would exist at that point. My understanding is they would convert to CAI at in specie value, and then be given back to you. If KRS is worth more at that point, DR wouldn't do it, and you would keep KRS. I might be wrong, so would be interested in confirmation from someone better than myself.
My gut feel is that if you take CAI MCAP at AUS$51M, and apply the KRS interest of 35.8%, then convert back to GBP, you have a KRS MCAP of around £10.5M. The really disappointing thing is that we have added around £5.5M book value to KRS in the last 24 hours, and nothing like that in MCAP. No forward earnings multiplier at all applied. It would appear all investors are seeing is the in specie value, and no other. Even if you took this share at face value, and it shouldn't be, it is worth over 0.5p, so yes, disappointing indeed.
Let's not lose sight. New BOD with good track history, small float, low MCAP, Chinese on board. Bottom line is it won't take much to push this up fast. Those in four years ago won't see their money again, but 5x rise from here isn't beyond reasonable... no doubt last RNS wasn't great though. Support around 0.9, and seems to have bounced off it?
I realise that LSE can report buys as sells etc, but the news this week seems the most positive news flow for months, and yet it seems to have triggered sells rather than buys. Don't get me wrong, until they are digging I don't expect miracles, but nevertheless this seems a bit strange? Clayson still dumping?
