Does anyone have any insight or clue as to when the production contract is likely to land... I know it’s the million pound question, but the board has gone so quiet, I don’t know whether or not I have actually missed anything. The last few RNS’s seemed to make no reference?!
Sorry, genuinely trying to follow you. With 8M shares, I want you to be right! If we hold 48% of a company with MCAP of c31M, then our stake is around 15M. Distributed to 2,260,000,000 shares is 0.0066 per share, or 6,584 per 1M of KRS, and that assumes MCAP of 31M rather than EV of 26M. Still a blinding deal, but still can't fathom the 22K per 1M?
Sorry, but the maths doesn't seem right to me. I am getting around 6,300 per 1M KRS shares as a transfer value? Don't want to confuse anyone, but 20k plus per 1M would make me a lot of money! I would love you to be right and me wrong!
Should Togo be granted and go into production within six to eight months as per KRS website estimate, does anyone have a feel for revenue per year? We know CAI is 100k oz at around £1,000/oz, but Togo is t so clear to me... Any views or insight? Ultimately I guess I am trying to understand what value the market will place on the licence, and later, production.
If it helps.... Halifax has confirmed to me they can receive, but not trade the shares. They can hold until I authorise a transfer to a broker who can trade. Likewise, IG has confirmed it will receive the shares and can trade. A CREST will sort the transfer. Halifax won't charge for the CREST, so only real loss will be exchange rate. I believe the CREST will recognise the ISA status as well. Please DYOR, but this is my understanding.
Indeed, I stand corrected. The sooner others wake up to this the better.... I’ve been here five years and got a decent holding at a decent price, but this keeps hitting resistance... we are primed to breakout though, so a little movement would be great!
